We stayed in late July 2024, and the place is obviously very new. The place has all of the essentials and even gives access to a large open space which appears to be used for weddings or other events. We will be back. I do recommend this place for groups that would need four rooms, kitchen, etc.

Great place for our extended family to stay for the week of my daughter's graduation. Plenty of space for us to all spread out. Peaceful neighborhood with a short commute to town. Had most all the amenities we needed for toddler, kitchen, entertaining, etc. Tons of nice clean towels for bathroom and pool use. Easily accommodated a gathering of 20+ with fun games and activities for all ages.
