Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Our cozy home in Roberts Creek is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy some quiet time. The renovated 600 sq ft house has a large deck with hot tub, bbq, and partial ocean views and is situated on 3/4 of an acre of land. We are a minute walk away from the beach, and a very short drive or 15 minute walk to the Gumboot and the Heart of The Creek. There is a bus stop directly in front of our place for those taking public transit, and about a 20 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
