Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Roaring River Township

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

This was such a great location and house for visiting the area. It was close to everything we wanted to visit, but the woods and the lot gave it a peaceful, secluded feeling. We had plenty of space for our family to relax after a day on the trails. The house is welcoming and comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This place is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The home and backyard are bigger than they look. We had such a great time staying in this home. The dogs enjoyed the big backyard and we didn't have to worry about them getting out. Rachel is a great host and response very quickly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

Merre is very friendly, we had a mishap the day of check-in but it was all fixed the very next day!!! We arrived to fresh bread and eggs!! The place is just as described, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There is a pond on the property that can be walked to. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

I picked this place on a whim traveling for work and I am glad I did! As soon as I sat down on the couch, I just wanted to stay in for the night and be cozy. It was so quiet and relaxing. I was slightly concerned it might be noisy being above a brewery and on the square, but I had no issues. The only outside sound was from the creaks on the stairs, but I found that comforting being in an old building with lots of history! There is a lot to do in a short walk around the square. I would 100% stay here again if I needed to stay in Neosho. I may even plan an exploring the town trip and stay here again.

it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. it felt like home but peaceful. Shellie did an awesome job of describing the place and how to get in the entrance gate and into the Airbnb place. Private, golf course view condos off the main strip. Beautiful scenery. Staff was personable and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo and location. Easy to find and access to everything Branson has but really close to Silver Dollar City. Anything you need to cook with is there. Love the screened in back porch. It was decorated for Christmas wonderfully for our family. Would recommend to anyone.

This condo was a dream for a family! Beautiful scenery, fully equipped kitchen, clean space, games for kiddos, relaxing porch, multiple playgrounds, and within minutes of SDC!

Loved the place it was easy for my grandma to get wrong in her electric chair just the room wasn’t big enough for the chair but it was awesome place

Steve was quick to respond with my questions and especially being on Thanksgiving Day. I will definitely stay there again. It was perfect for my husband and me.

Table Rock Villas is a hidden gem! The pool is heated, the hot tub is ready with a bluetooth speaker next to it waiting for you to connect to it, and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit make you want to stay outdoors! The game room with free games and free laundry unit is definitely a much welcomed amenity! The location is wonderful, but do expect to cook on your own, drive a little further to restaurants and have limited delivery options. Dean and Jean went over and beyond as hosts! very communicative with the pool heater inadvertently shutting off, and even coordinated the neighbors to put our grocery delivery in our unit prior to us arriving as we were an hour behind schedule. This prevented us from losing refrigerated items. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable luxury in a convenient yet peaceful location. We feel so refreshed after this little getaway thanks to this beautiful home! And Clarisse was great!!

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
