We had a great stay at Gianluca's place. It was lovely from start to finish, we met his brother-in-law for an easy check-in, had access to an immaculately clean flat, and access to a lot of amenities when not exploring the surrounding cities. Thoroughly recommend!

Mrs. Franca is exceptional: extremely friendly, thoughtful and always available. Since my arrival, she made me feel welcome and made herself immediately available for any need, providing me with valuable support throughout the stay. The apartment is really cozy and well-kept. Each room is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and small appliances, ideal for those who love to cook even on vacation. The bathroom is also complete with everything you need, clean and functional, with linen and courtesy products available. The entire house was perfectly clean and tidy upon my arrival, a sign of great attention and respect for guests. In short, a very pleasant stay, made even better by the kindness and availability of Mrs. Franca. Recommended
