My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

Arlen is a wonderful host. She prepared and organized everything perfectly. I felt at home in her apartment. The furnishings are very cozy. I would have loved to stay there longer. I can highly recommend her.

we are very comfortable staying in her place. the place is clean and eventhough we have an issue in the remote control of the AC it is quickly resolved. definitely will book again if we have an errand in sta. rosa in the future.

This is our third time booking one of Marylou's places, and just like before, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need—whether it's for a short stay or a longer one. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

Melody's place was great. It was in the middle of the town. Quite walkable. Too bad, it was raining quite a bit at that time but if it weren't, walking around town was a good experience. Her place was good value for money. Would love to stay at the same place when we make a visit to Montalban again.

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

We stayed 2 nights at Suzi's place with my family. It was an amazing experience with peaceful surroundings and good ambiance. The hosts are most accommodating, friendly and made sure that we are all comfortable. All rooms and bathrooms are spotless clean. The place has also good security. During our first night the wifi was a bit slow but they added more router and solved this issue immediately. There was a water interruption but they notify us in advance and the host store water for us. Saying that, overall stay and experience was awesome and my family enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended stay! 10/10 Thank Ms. Suzi and your husband for accommodating us!

We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space had such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. You can really feel the love and care that went into making this a great experience. Highly recommend!

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.

You get what you pay for with this place. It’s modest but comfortable, and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. At first glance, the house looks small from the outside, but they did a great job utilizing the space inside—it actually feels quite spacious. One thing to note: the AC could use an upgrade to help keep the entire place cool, especially during warmer days. Overall, a solid stay for the price.

Loved my stay during my business trip. The unit was clean and had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable and easy. Lady was a wonderful host who catered to my questions and accommodated my concerns promptly. I highly recommend!

This unit was a two bedroom with kitchen and washer/ dryer. it had a great place for us to eat as a family and to just sit and talk. The wall unit air con in both bedrooms kept the temperature just right. The hot water heater on the shower functioned perfectly and the full size frig was a life saver for a birthday dinner. Great closet space and quiet! Would stay there again.

I've used AirBnB in the Philippines for quite a while, and I can say that Sharmaine is the most responsive host who really cares about the convenience of her guests. Primarily, if there is a problem with the electricity cut off or Internet issues, Sharmaine handles such issues very quickly and pays a lot of attention to the matter until it is finally solved. What I like the most is easy communication and ability to solve any issues arising at home. I didn't have hosts who would message me in advance about potential issues, but it is very common to hear from Sharmaine about the issues in the condo before they arise, so this is pleasant. The place itself is good to stay at, it meets my needs, and overall I enjoy it. The people living around are nice, especially the security guards.

The place was generally clean. The location is great and the unit has a great view of the pool. The host was responsive and friendly. There were a few hiccups but was resolved. My only could-be-better is the unit temperature. I think an AC at the living room will help a lot specially with the current climate. There is an Air-cooler in the first level but it is not powerful enough to keep the temperature low enough to be comfortable.

Communication wise, Jomaica was very responsive and gave complete details and instructions even before our check in date. Her sister Jerkah was also nice and helpful when we came. Our overall experience with their unit was great. We have a senior citizen and a kid with us, a total of 5 pax, and we've comfortably slept in the spacious bedrooms. No clutters, clean and aesthetic looking unit. We also spent a lot of time in the dining area which was also big enough to accommodate our group. The board games were a big hit too! We also appreciated the community park and big trees outside which was walking distance only. Thanks Jomaica and Jerkah ☺️

Great place to stay even for the whole family! Walking distance sa Robinsons Junction and very accessible sa mga supermarkets. The Host is very responsive.
