The Place is great, peaceful and private neighborhood. The listing is accurate from the description to their photos. My family had a great time. The Host is also very kind, accommodating and flexible to our needs. We’ll definitely consider coming back again.

We had a great time during our stay in Casa Benita. The place was clean and it has all that we need. It’s also very spacious that it can accommodate our big family. I also love how responsive the host is. She is very accommodating and very easy to deal with. I would definitely go back here!

★★★★★ Highly Recommended! This home is a hidden gem in Marikina / Lower Antipolo. All rooms, including the living area, are fully air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

It felt like home. The unit is clean, spacious and not to mention, has its own dipping pool. Just note that maybe it’s about 5 feet deep so just bring salbabida for your kids. There are 3 rooms and 2 of them are air-conditioned. My siblings enjoyed playing billiards and Ps4. All in all we had a great stay! ⭐️

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

5 Stars! This place was absolutely awesome! Lizzeth was so thoughtful and sweet—she truly made our stay special. We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space had such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. You can really feel the love and care that went into making this a great experience. Highly recommend!

Proximity/Location (5/5): The unit is ideally located near major attractions like Enchanted Kingdom, Balibago Complex, and Sta. Rosa Terminal—great for both leisure and transit. Wi-Fi (4.5/5): Generally fast and reliable, with only occasional lag spikes. Comfort (4/5): The place is clean and well-kept, though the air conditioning struggles to cool the entire room evenly. Responsiveness (5/5): The host was quick to respond, clear in communication, and even helped us set up a surprise for one of our guests. Safety (4/5): Located in a gated village, though you might occasionally pass by some lively activity on the lower floors. Overall, a solid stay with great convenience and a responsive host.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

One of the places that is worth the price. Super linis ng environment and friendly ang host. I didn’t have any problem with my stay here. Highly recommended sa mga riders like us na papuntang daranak & batlag falls. Sulit talaga. If you’re looking for a place to stay n hindi mahal pero maganda , malawak at malinis, book nyo n guys. Hindi kayo magsisisi. Thanks po ate Ofelia for welcoming us and letting us put our things inside khit hindi pa oras ng check in.

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

We rented this place because we had a wedding to attend nearby, and it was the perfect choice. The location was super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and other essentials. The space itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel just like home. Tara, the host, was super responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place in Antipolo!

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

Such an awesome and comfy house to stay. We enjoyed it a lot though it was just one night. The house is very beautiful. We had a good time taking photos inside the house. Every corner of the house is clean. The host was responsive. I didnt encounter any problems during my stay. I would choose this place again in the future. Recently stayed for almost 2 months at this stunning Airbnb and can’t say enough good things about it! The place was absolutely beautiful—stylish, modern, and impeccably clean from top to bottom. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host and caretaker. The host was incredibly responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure issues (small) were resolved right away. The caretaker was equally amazing—friendly, trustworthy, attentive, and quick to assist with any questions or requests. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of a gorgeous property and outstanding hospitality. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could—highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!
