It was a last minute reservation and Felix was very responsive and accommodating. We got there earlier and asked if we can check in 30mins early and he agreed - that is something I highly appreciate. I like the self-check in and the detailed instructions. His unit has all amenities/appliances/toiletries/utensils and I think that is very generous of him to provide to his guests. Best part is the free parking - you don’t usually find this in an airbnb condo. Personally, I find the unit too tight being a 2-bedroom (but that’s with the developer). As we are tall people, my feet are flat on the wall while lying on the bed and it’s a bit uncomfy. But still, Felix’s unit is a gem for a place to stay in the area. Overall, highly recommended host and unit in Pasig!⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location if you're looking for a place to stay in Marikina. It's very accessible - there's a lot of nearby local restaurants, it's near the grocery store, and Marikina Sports Center. Sir Johnny and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. As for the check-in, you just have to be patient with the security because they need to process your identification before they allow you to settle in. Sir Johnny was there the whole time to assist. It's just part of the SOP of the building. it's for the security. The unit was clean. The air conditioning was working well, hot shower available, there's bidet in the toilet, wifi available, there's an oven toaster, a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, utensils available, towels are included as well. You just need to bring your own toiletries - tissue, soap, shampoo. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I recommend this place. Will definitely book again if we go back to visit :)

The place is pretty. It’s exactly how you see it in the pictures and it offers great value for money. Very convenient way of checking in and has an available parking that you can rent during your stay. Owner is also very responsive and friendly. Will definitely recommend. 👍

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

The place is peaceful and quiet and you see the sunset even the staff at the place are very and also sir Kaloi is very responsive, very accommodating and friendly. Very recommendable

Krstine & Kervinne are friendly. I like how they helped us from the beginning until the very end of our check-out. We enjoyed the place, it looks like I visited a simple tattoo shop. The household furnishings are more than enough to what we need. The unit is walkable from the entrance (guard house). My only concern is it's hard to go home in public transportation/commute. The PUVs do not accommodate us. The street vendor told us that the Tricycle Drivers will get mad if we rode an E-Jeep or UV express going to megamall. She also mentioned that we need to ride a tricycle and go to Lifehomes / Pasig so we can ride a PUV going to megamall. We do not want that as it's so hot outside (2PM). In result, we booked a grab. But all in all, the place is affordable and we enjoy our stay. :)

Apartment was clean and tidy. Shower heater and aircon are working well. Swimming pool is also well maintained even though the estate is old. Highly recommend this place if you have to travel to Cainta.

Thank you for accommodating my family. Cherry Ann was a great host very responsive and accurate with everything you request. The place is simple but they have what you need for a place to stay for few days. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay around Marikina City.

We had a great time staying at Angelo and Kondo Ko. Everything what you see in pictures is what you get when you arrived. Easy to find , close to all touristic spots around the area, easy access for all public or private transportation and had all choices which shops and fastfood you want to go. The room is very homey for me as there is a bedroom and a comfortable bed. Two tv's but we only use the bigger one in the room. Ac works fine since and we opened it during noontime. Shower pressure is a plus too. It is like a tiny house . The pool outside seems nice but we weren't able to use it. Angelo is very responsive and though he had a lot of instructions , all is very detailed /precise. He is very considerate when I got troubles with my schedules so we able managed our time for the last minute .And even if I like to pay for the extra hours , he let us extend for free. Maybe that there were no booked guests after us. Angelo's place is highly recommended indeed.

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotless and felt just like home. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook comfortably, and having an automatic washing machine was a great bonus. The host was extremely responsive, quickly resolving any issues. This place is super worth it! We are a group of 25 (tho we paid extra as per description) our team made an incredible memories together at this gram worthy place! The view is amazing. Sunset and sunrise is a must witness here at the roofdeck! Beds and linens are all comfy and crisp. We didn't have any problem sleeping. The pool is generous enough for our team. Altho we were expecting it to be a little cold, but since it's a little warm, it's just perfect for a night looooong dip with friends! Overall, it's a 10/10 for us! ⭐️ Not just the place but the host as well for making our stay smooth! Definitely a reco to friends!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

Relli is a very accommodating host. The place is spacious and located in a quiet village.

The place was wonderful and I felt comfortable staying there the whole time. It's my first time sharing a house with strangers so I was worried about being uncomfortable but everyone was nice and not at all intrusive. I spent a good chunk of the time asleep in my room but had pleasant conversations anytime I was downstairs, especially while cooking. They gave me my own pantry and refrigerator space, and even a counter space for all my seasoning stuff. I was able to cook and do laundry due to all the accomodations. Sir Edwin was very kind and helpful all throughout my stay and I'm very thankful to them. As a student, I really appreciated the times that they shared meals with me haha. If I ever needed a place to stay in the area, I would definitely come back here. (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)

This was our second time staying at this listing, everything was wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Exactly as described. We had a great time in truly enjoyed our stay once again. It's clear the host take good care of the property and we really appreciate the consistency and welcoming atmosphere.
