Staying at Anne-Christine's Airbnb was a real pleasure. The accommodation matches the photos and description, it is a 5 minute walk to Flic-en-Flac beach and many restaurants or food trucks. It's a perfect place to spend several nights and discover Mauritius. The bedding was of high quality, which is really appreciated after days of hiking. Anne-Christine was really charming with us, a welcome we'd love to have often.

The small cottage of Jf and Kareen more than convinced us with its very own charm, a great layout and its optimal location. It was clean, neat and lovingly furnished. The hosts didn't promise too much, were themselves very friendly, courteous and always available for questions. Would recommend this place with a clear conscience at any time 😊

We were guests at Christine's Airbnb for the second time. The Airbnb was cleaned daily, the beds freshly made. They put a lot of effort into making the guest have a pleasant time. The location of the Airbnb is super located to walk to restaurants or to shop for small things. We enjoyed the week very much and would book it again.

Ramesh and Do were perfect hosts. Exceptionally kind! The accommodation is very very clean, they have the desire to do a service so that we can have the best vacation possible. We thank them so much because they contributed to the success of our stay on the island. We hope to be able to come back to their place soon.

Even before arriving in Mauritius, Caroline was very available. We immediately felt his kindness, his gentleness to our children and his hospitality. A pleasure to have had the opportunity to discover his accommodation as well as his cooking skills since we were able to taste a local dish made by him. Everything is planned for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place. A BIG thank you again!! We do not plan to return to Mauritius in the months/years that arrive however we keep the address precious, we never know!!

Lovely house in a very quiet & peaceful location with beautiful garden & swimming pool. The local shopping centre is only 3 min walk and some great restaurants & bars are nearby only 5 min walk. Fast internet. Highly recommend. 👍

Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, just like in the photos in a beautiful and quiet residential complex. Great and clean pool that you like to use overlooking the Black River. Kitchen well equipped. Great location for excursions in the area. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Anne and Dominique's place. They are very available and responsive hosts and they gave us the best recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. They are warm and love to receive visitors. The accommodation offered a great view of Tamarin Bay and we saw incredible sunsets. what am Incredible place! I read the other comments with some cynicism but can truly say it's exactly as described. Big, wonderful, open space for your own, right across the road from the beach right outside a bus stop. Such friendly hosts and the little touches: chocolates, water, etc really a wonderful stay. As another reviewer wow, don't think about it, just book it

We were informed by Pothano that the room was available from 9;am instead of the normal check in time. Though we didn’t use it as we were sightseeing etc on the way in. Ms Sheela explained the keys etc nicely. We had only booked for 2 days but wished we had stayed longer, the views were amazing from the balcony and I even saw a whale with his binoculars. Suddenly there were droves of boats looking for the whale. I didn’t see it again. There’s a fully functional kitchen etc. with Netflix TV. we ate up some of the house snacks and drinks so I left a generous tip with Mrs Sheela. We really enjoyed. Thanks Pothano! Hope to stay with you again!

Everything was just perfect: from the communication, the warm welcome and the wonderful place itself. We just loved everything about it: The 360-degree-view, the comfy furnitures, the tasteful design. The big trees in the yard hosts some cute birds which gave a paradise-like feeling. Julie gave us some really helpful recommendations which we all tried to. Loved the local restaurants close by. There’s also a big supply close by where we bought everything we needed to make breakfast in the spacy, well-equipped kitchen. Also, there’s a nice French bakery close by. The filtered water as well as the washing machine are a nice addition. We would recommend a rental car to get around as the place is a bit off the main areas. Though if you don’t mind walking, the local beach and the Tamarin beach are within about a 30-minute walk. We hope we can come back some time! Definitely one of our favorite Airbnbs so far!

We had a wonderful week in Tatiana's beautiful apartment. The view of the Indian ocean was spectacular. We practically had the pool and beach to ourselves when we were there as very few others around. Tatiana was very responsive, particularly when we had an issue with the hot water on day one. It was all fixed very quickly. I hope one day we can return as it was the perfect base for us to explore the area. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this property in Flic en Flac! The host(Tawhida) was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and personally came to meet us during check-in. She gave us a clear walkthrough of the house, which really helped us settle in quickly. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Flic en Flac public beach. Perfect for morning strolls or catching the sunset! The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like home. We especially appreciated the dedicated covered parking space, which made things very convenient as we had a rental car. Check-out was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Flic en Flac. 🌴🌊

We had a wonderful week with the family in La Gaulette. The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. It feels like home! The view from the terrace is simply amazing and allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
