Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rivière Noire District

a superb holiday in a faithful and comfortable rental. adapted and dunctional pool. Good hygiene and a verandah with ocean views. the furniture is in the theme of the island and gives a lot of charm to the stay. the only downside is the weak wifi in some rooms of the house, otherwise there is nothing to say. very good stay and the pool was a plus for all the family. The concierge is really great and responsive.

We had a great stay at a very nice place. The rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped and the roof terrace is a real highlight! We used both the jacuzzi and pool and can recommend both. Flic en Flac is a lively place with restaurants and bars and good shopping. The supermarket jumbo in the village has good opening hours and a large offer. The location of the accommodation is great for the beach and many other activities also in other parts of the island. The bus station is right on the street next to the house, which is great for excursions. The landlords and also the security staff are very very nice, helpful and always available. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We stayed for a week at Harry and Malini's. The accommodation is very well located, close to the sea and shops. I have nothing else to say, our week was excellent! Thanks to them for hosting us and for their kindness.

The Top apartment is very nice with a fantastic view!! Outside is a very big balcony where we was sitting and watching the sunset :-). Inside was a lot of space for us both. But there was also an additional bedroom for two more persons. (Also enough space for 4) Jason picked us up and brought us to the apartment. After view minutes (check-in) we was feeling like at home! Thank you Jason and thanks to the friendly woman who cleaned! See you next time! :)

Very nice villa is beautiful and tastefully furnished… it feels very nice there. The garden and pool are super pleasant. Everything is very quiet, ideal for relaxing. And thanks again to Severine for hosting us! You can rent this villa without a second thought.

Florian's house perfect to me and my friend! We had a absolutely pleasant 2 weeks here. The house is in a quiet street, like a villa place, pure living area. Means not many restaurants nearby, but there is a perfect kitchen with all necessary equipments, we can cook whatever we want. The house not far from the center of Port Louis as well as big malls. It’s convenient for stay. I highly recommend this place and definitely will book again if I come to Mauritius in the future.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The property and the entire estate complex, in which the property is situated, is a delight. Mr. Roelf provided with very specific instructions for checking in and provided with necessary information. The amenities provided by him were amazing, including board games and tennis rackets and scooters to commute within the estate complex. It has a great tennis court. Now, specifically the situation of the property is such that it's overlooking the mountains and estate itself serves as a private yacht parking for individual houses. The view is beautiful even when you're simply relaxing at the private deck. The location point could serve as a central point for going either way to Tamarin,Le Morne,Casela Park,Seven Colored earth and Grand Bassin. There are a couple of supermarkets within 3 kms range. The only missing thing was a water purifier for drinking water at the property. Rest all was great. Overall, a wonderful experience

2 families stayed at Sergeys house in July 2 2019. We had a great time and recommend the house/host based on; - Great layout - different places to sit/relax/eat depending on weather/time of day. - Great pool area! - Great seaview! (Sitting on the terrasse with a beer watching the sunset was just great!) - Roof- covered sitting group outside. - Proximity to beaches/kite/surfspots - Great cleaning services. In addition we were very happy with Sergeys responsiveness to messages and questions, things that were unclear got sorted out immedately! We were also very happy with the additional services he coordinated, such as pickup/delivery at airport, the cook that came to us and made local food when we wanted (very affordable and great food!!). Highly recommended.

The house made our stay. It’s quite private and has lovely outside seating. A little paradise. Le Morne beach is a five minute walk, great for snorkling and swimming . You are facing due west so wonderful sunsets. The house was regularly cleaned by lovely Christine and Elizabeth the owner always responded to our requests. I can’t recommend it enough and we would definitely go back .

Set in a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach and shops. The main supermarket as Cascavelle is a 10 minute drive. The apartment is just as described and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a short or long term stay. There's plenty of space with a large dining area, well equiped kitchen with an added extra of a water filter jug. Beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an en suite and also a large seperate shower and toilet for the other bedroom. The open plan lounge area has comfotable seating and a tv. There is a seperate breakfast bar by the kitchen hatch area. AC is available in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a small covered seating area outside. I was able to put my car inside the property. Wifi reception is very good. The property was spotlessly clean and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want easy access to many of the beautiful sights in the south of Mauritius. Thank you Shanon and your family for making my stay so lovely.

Wonderful villa with plenty of space in the heart of Flic en Flac. Having a direct access to the beach and being located close to most amenities, this is the perfect gateway for families looking for quality time! A special thank you to Frederic for the prompt replies and the smooth check-in and check-out. We will be back.

As shown in the picture, the swimming pool in front of the beach is wonderful. The waves on the beach in front of the accommodation are calm, making it great for children to play. It was especially great to take wonderful pictures on nice weather days. Although the cleaning service was insufficient because it was the Mauritius holiday, it was inevitable because it was a holiday. Instead, I enjoyed a very comfortable six-day vacation because the host always gave me kind and prompt notification. I am planning to visit Mauritius again in March next year, and I would like to stay here again. All of my family loved this accommodation so much.

The stay was very nice. We were in Mauritius for the 3rd time and this was the best apartment so far. Karine and Catherine were always easily accessible. There was almost nothing to fault. Only the internet was not quite as good and always spun. But that's it. Thank you for the great time and we wish our hosts all the best.

Nienke is very responsive and will message to check in and make sure everything is going well. The place is huge, quiet, private with stunning views. I highly recommend if you are looking to spend a few nights in a quiet location in a safe neighbourhood. Access to the beach is not a walking distance though but would be ideal if you had your own transportation. Good access to the restaurants. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for being amazing host !

We had a fantastic stay at Ornella and Eric’s place! From the moment we arrived, Ornella was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—waking up to it every morning was a dream! During our stay there was a cyclone warning , Ornella kept us updated with latest information, offering guidance and reassurance . Ornella was very sweet and kind, we truly appreciate her hospitality. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful host, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Very very nice place, well maintained in terms of exteriors, super clean inside, beautiful sea view, fabulous sunsets. Nice pool for returning from walks. Excellent garden furniture around the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Walks nearby, on foot or by car. Tamarin is very well located, very easy south access, very easy north access also because roads and 4 lanes are present everywhere on the island. In addition, and this is very important to us, Virginia's excellent hosting, always super present as soon as we requested it, always very good advice. We recommend it!

Wow! What a beautiful apartment in a truly wonderful location. Very well appointed, especially the kitchen which was great for us as we like to BBQ. A special mention for Pamela who is just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.
