Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

My place is in a good location that is 3 minutes away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to Downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You’ll love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy. It is very quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. Nice well renovated studio - close to the subway

Completely renovated studio with independent entrance on the 2nd floor of a duplex in the Rosemont La Petite Patrie district. Balcony terrace furnished in summer with a small table and two chairs. Very bright and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A 7-minute walk from Beaubien subway, ideally located to discover the little gems of Montreal and its surroundings on foot or by bike. My family and I live on the ground floor and will be happy to share our tips and favorites if you like!

Small but cute, located in the heart of Cote de Neiges near the mountain (Mount Royal) It is a 10 min walk to Cote des Neiges village with plenty of great shops also a 10 min walk for Cote des Neiges metro on the blue line and a 7 minute bus ride to Guy metro green line . Bus stop 1 minute away. Located on a beautiful street , many trees and a very safe area. Parking limited if there is no more spaces left there is plenty of free street parking
