It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

The host Monica was exceptionally welcoming. Showed us around to ensure we knew everything about the tower. She also had fresh pasta and a cake for our arrival! Gave us instructions on the best way to cook it. The tower is beautiful and has been updated in the most complimentary way. From fellow craftsman to craftsman the design and workmanship of the interior is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. If you love mid evil times this is your place.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti di Germana perché lui doveva sostenere un concorso in una località vicina. Si è rivelato il luogo ideale per concentrarsi e lavorare, circondati dalla quiete e dalla natura. Nonostante siano stati giorni di maltempo, con pioggia e vento forte quasi ininterrotti, il WiFi non ci ha mai abbandonato. Inoltre, l'appartamento è pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort.

C’est exactement ce que je cherchais pour ma famille ; un jour sur deux farniente et piscine et visite culturelle (Arezzo, Firenze, Siene, Rimini, forteresse San Leo, châteaux Poppi et Stia. Puis sur les conseils d’Isabella, le spectacle médiéval à BIBBIENA, deux fois le restaurant « La vite » à Soci et le marché à Ponte de Poppi. 👍

Per un soggiorno a riccione con il nostro micio ci siamo rivolti alla struttura lungomare residence e devo dire che ogni spettativa è stata ben ripagata ottima l appartamento come arredo e attenzione ai dettagli ottimo il servizio di pulizie e il personale della reception cordiale attendo e molto disponibile. Ci torneremo

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

3 couples were in our group looking for a place to call ‘home’ for our 2 week Tuscany experience. Villa La Casafredda had more than enough room for us based on the description. What we didn’t realize until we arrived was how unique and wonderful the entire property is and how comfortable it made our whole trip. Even before we arrived, Sergio and Michela were very responsive to questions and requests. The guidance and assistance provided helped us feel comfortable even before we arrived. The villa and surrounding grounds are very well maintained and everything we expected and wanted in a Tuscan villa. The big kitchen was a treat to cook in. Also, the dinners Sergio and Michela prepared for us were exceptional! We did find that having a rental vehicle was extremely handy for making trips to the market and historic center. We can’t say thank you enough for what they have created and offered to us. I would very much like to return. Bravo, Michela and Sergio! Grazie Mille!

Tolle Villa! Lage, Pool, Gelände und Villa sind ein Traum! Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Gorgeous stay! Views were stunning and the villa exceeded expectations. This was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommend.

Wir waren in einer Freundesgruppe zu sechst unterwegs und eine bessere Unterkunft hätten wir wohl kaum finden können. Wer einfach einmal entspannen und einen ruhigen Urlaub mit wunderschönen Sonnenunter- und Aufgängen haben möchte sollte hierher kommen. Trotz unserer frühen Anreise, waren die Gastgeber schnell da und haben uns herzlichst empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der private Pool ist ideal um sich bei schönem Wetter zu erfrischen und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Toskana. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. :)
