Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

An absolutely fantastic stay – it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with so much cordiality that we felt at home from the first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. We all felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – we will definitely be back!

Matteo was very helpful to us. The apartment is practically on the sea, very close to many areas we had planned to visit. We had a great time!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, this is the place to be. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Lacopo was very responsive each time I needed to contact him. The place was very nice but remote. it was about 1 1/2 hours to drive to some of the other medieval cities. It rained a lot but also was beautiful because of the rain. Lacopo and his family were fantastic. The homemade meal his parents prepared for us was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! It was nice to see how active his parents were and how well they took care of the place. We were surprised to be charged if we used the pool towels. There was nothing mentioned in the description. We would recommend this place. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return.
