House vacation rentals in Riviera Romagnola

Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even more beautiful! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and allowed a flexible check-out. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

great apartment, convenient for parking and close enough to the center. the most pleasing aspect was the solution for the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets that can't be washed at each change of guests but a duvet cover, truly the only hygienic solution for the bed. congratulations!

As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

We loved our stay, the villa is beautifully done, has all of the amenities needed, was spotlessly clean and our hosts were so welcoming and provided lots of recommendations on places to visit and even made us a delicious pizza and shared a local wine. The view from the villa is breathtaking, watching the clouds roll through in the distance every morning whilst eating breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

We stayed at the apartment for four nights with two children. We enjoyed it very much. Really lots of space - two bathrooms and great location. Quiet and yet in the middle of it. Gloria was very quick to help with any questions. Grazie mille!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family
