We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious (though noisy) and all the necessary amenities were present. Filippo was always available for questions. Location was also great with our 3 year old daughter, close to the beach and all restaurants within walking distance. Although the kitchen was also well equipped with kitchen utensils, so we also regularly stood in the kitchen ourselves. Thanks for a great stay

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. Location was perfect, a few feet from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We will come back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. With rare kindness, they picked us up at the train station by car and escorted us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well-equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and sleeps very well! We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is just a few meters away and a mini-market for everyday needs is right outside the front door. It was an absolutely successful vacation on our part.

Lovely place for a family holiday.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very much appreciated as it was very cool and breezy. Cool apartment equipped with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking in the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We had a wonderful stay in Danieles apartment. Very easy communication, super flexible and friendly host and the apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 child) - clean, good location and it has everything you need. We‘ll for sure come back. Thank you!

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days relaxing. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom detergents, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

An amazing stay. Easy to get to, great instructions from Giuseppe on local bus services to/from train station (also very easy to walk) and the restaurants were just incredible. Thank you so much to Giuseppe

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!
