The house is exceptional, very beautiful and in impeccable condition. There are plenty of amenities and the decor is admirable. The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. Great stay with the family. Pierre's house is ideally located and perfectly organized. It is full of charm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the small garden at the back of the house and have lunch there almost every day. We enjoyed Hélie Bruno's light Norman flan, the excellent Pont L'évêque de La Houssaye from the Fromagerie des Bains and fresh fish on the quays. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

The studio could not be better located, right in the heart of Rouen and has a stunning view of the St. Ouen Church! We could walk our dog in the garden just across the road at all times of day.

Go there without so much as a second thought! You can only have a great time there. In addition, very warm welcome. Fanny is very responsive. It feels good to meet such a person. Super equipped accommodation, very pleasant. All is well thought out. Non-alcoholic cocktail, excellent breakfast for the next day, ...several nice little touches upon arrival. We highly recommend it.

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.
