The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

You will find charm and authenticity in this 2-room apartment (no elevator, 2nd floor) located in an 18th century building. We welcome you to our 25 m2 Studio located on the 1st floor of our house, with independent entrance. Garden view. Downtown is a 3-minute walk away. Banks of the Seine and bike route 5 minutes' walk. You can park your car on the street, in the small parking lot located right in front of the gate of the house, or on the street. Your bikes/motorcycles can be parked in our secure closed garage. Caudebec is located less than an hour from Rouen, Le Havre, Étretat.

Welcome to Karine and Guillaume's Norman gîte in the heart of the Pays de Caux, close to the banks of the Seine, abbeys and hiking trails. Within the family property, adjoining the owners' house, with the possibility of access to the large flower garden, you will observe the peaceful life around the fenced pond and get to know their friendly animals. The gîte can accommodate 5 people + one extra, has an enclosed garden, a private terrace and parking.
