Monthly Rentals in Riverview

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

Diana and Anthony were pleasant and very helpful . The unit exceeded our expectations. We were there for graduation and to celebrate birthdays in a nearby town. Their personal touch in decorating and supplying everything we needed was phenomenal.

Tolu was a great host! He was very nice and helpful and he has a beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and in a nice, quiet location. Definitely staying here again!

We didn't realize the unit was attached to the house - it's completely private, but it was an interesting discovery. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was - both the rental and the neighborhood. This studio was SPOTLESS - very well-maintained and very comfortable. The only window looks onto the porch, and we kept the blind closed for privacy. We chose to stay here because our daughter lives in the area. This was a much more affordable option than a hotel. Kevin & Danna were good hosts - very responsive to messages and requests. If we needed a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back.
