Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riverdale

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was super modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. The host was extremely responsive, replying to any questions I had within 5 minutes every time. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of Midtown, so everything was easy to get to. The apartment building itself also felt very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

Loved the house it was perfect for what we needed. Pool was nice and clean . Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving! It was spacious and comfortable for my family. I enjoyed my stay. The host was awesome especially with our short notice booking. Best part we was close to the airport. Quiet, slept great, great showers.

Great location! Very clean place. Huge yard and great amenities. Felt right at home coming all the way from California. Andre was very communicative and kept me apprised of all activities and check-in procedures. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

I booked this house because I was going to be driving into Atlanta for a few days for training related to my job, so I wanted to be closer to ATL but not right in the middle of the city. This was the perfect distance from the city for me. I loved being able to come home from training every day and rest on one of the porches. The scenery is gorgeous and so peaceful. My boyfriend and I cooked every night and loved utilizing the kitchen. The living room is also so cozy. It was great for us to be able to truly chill after working. I will definitely be booking this place again (next time when I don’t have work so I can really explore the area more). We celebrated our anniversary one of the nights we stayed, and we drove to Trilith for that. It was amazing, and this place is only about 8 minutes from great food and activities!

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. beautiful furnishings and enough necessities. it was also easy to order delivery. The home is in an artsy neighborhood that seems up and coming but not too busy.

Convenient and saved my family money, we travel as a large family, and normally we have to have 2 hotel rooms just for me and my wife and our kids, This home made it possible for us to visit and not have to deal with all the things that come with Sub-Prime hotel stays these days (people living in the hotel). Great Value and wonderful home.

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
