Beautiful little cottage. Very clean with plenty to get you started. Lovely welcome package. Holly was very responsive to questions and made sure we had check-in in okay. The property is most definitely worth the money we had a lovely time in rose cottage it was comfortable clean and very easy to stay in our dogs loved it and so did we the hot tub and welcome hamper was lovely Tony was on hand through out the holiday thank you it was lovely we will be back if you will have us 🥰

We would definitely recommend this Air BnB, it is in a very private and peaceful area and the BnB itself was very clean and tidy. Upon arrival we were met by the host, who messaged us earlier on in the day to give us clear instructions on how to get to the correct location. The host introduced himself and showed us around the Air BnB, explaining how different amenities within the BnB worked, which made for a much more comfortable stay. The host was very kind, polite and welcoming, and was very happy for us to contact him incase there was anything we may need during our stay; he was also very helpful when recommending the best way to access the city centre from the air BnB. Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

Me and my girlfriend stayed here recently and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The cottage is set in a beautiful location with amazing views and lovely decor. The hot tub and the wood burner were lovely touches and made our stay very comfortable and cosy! It's situated in a great place if you're planning to explore the nearby towns and cities too. Thank you for a beautiful stay, hope to stay here again in the future!

The house was very clean and had lots of room . We loved the hot tub and the BBQ. The house was on a small housing estate backing on to a field. Good for a girls catch up get away. The outdoor space and furniture was tired … but it is early in the season . Good value and well placed to visit York.

We booked rather last minute and Maria was very responsive and flexible. The place was pristine and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and the furnishings throughout are great! We felt very much at home! Maria was warm and welcoming and gave us good ideas for where to eat. We truly loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay at this unique and quaint cottage. The location was perfect for our dog with quick access across the cricket field to fields and forest beyond. About 15 minute drive into Harrogate which was perfect and just on the doorstep of Rippon. Helen was an extremely proactive host who made us feel right at home. Definitely worth a stay if you’re looking for a unique property in a quiet area!

Lovely cottage, great for what we needed.

We had a lovely short stay. The cottage is beautiful both inside and out. Great quality furnishings and toiletries. The kitchen literally had everything you could ever need. The breakfast hamper was a thoughtful and much appreciated addition, the homemade rocky road was delicious. Our dog felt at home straight away and enjoyed his walks around the lovely estate. Elley and her husband were the perfect hosts, available but gave us our privacy too. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect little stopover, close to amenities, very picturesque village with some great dog walks on the nearby tracks. Thanks for the milk, urgently needed that cup of tea when we arrived. Richard is a friendly and reliable host with great communication. Thank you!

This cottage is a great cosy place located just a 10min walk from the centre of Harrogate. The cottage has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

I brought the break as a 70th birthday gift for my Mother and she thoughroly enjoyed the break, she said it was exactly as described and Liesa was friendly, welcoming and gave them recommendations for dinner. The property is in a great location to explore and managed to visit a few national trust venues, She loved the welcome bits when they arrived and overall had a brilliant stay. Thank you :)

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and completely at home. The lodge is beautiful and is tastefully decorated throughout. The property is very spacious with a large kitchen/diner, a very large lounge and a games room and with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty room to spend time together and also room for privacy if needed. Everything is very clean and the bed linen and bathroom towels smell amazing! Anne has communicated with me from the time of booking until after we left and I felt that nothing was a silly question or too much effort. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, it’s worth every penny for a quality stay, a home from home. Thank you!

Spent a weekend here as we were attending a wedding nearby and the cottage was spectacular, had everything we needed and Lesley has put such a warm personal touch on everything that you wouldn't be able to get in a hotel. Highly recommend.

We loved staying in Fran’s cottage. So cosy and had everything we needed for a few days away. We had easy (driving) access to York whilst being in a very quiet, beautiful village. The cottage was clean, and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet get away.

This was our second and not last stay at Graham's amazing cottage. Graham has thought of everything. From the comfortable beds and living room to having more than what you need at his cottage. he puts so much time and effort into making your stay perfect. The surroundings are exquisite. This is by far my most favorite place to stay. Thank you for your kindness, helpfulness and wonderful home.

It's kind of a cheat to say it was easy to find, I used to work and live in the area and at one point would have driven passed it almost twice a day so I knew exactly where to go! Absolutely wonderful hosts, with two lovely dogs, one of whom my dog made instant friends with! The place was brilliant, really nice, clean, absolutely fantastic, a real home from home. Couldn't have asked for anything more, I really hope to stay here again when I'm next in the area!

This was a fantastic property and was crisp and clean. We were only in the area for a day and it more or less suited our needs. The check in was easy and Kate, from the shop, very pleasant. There was a nice breakfast basket waiting for us and it was lovely and warm. The 2 bedrooms and en suites are almost identical - I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable as they were a bit thin. It was disappointing there wasn’t a walk from the door where we could take the dogs as the main road was too busy. Some lovely walks nearby though so I wouldn’t entertain paying the £5 to hire a fenced field, that was offered.

Semi-rural. No pub or shops near the village where the accommodation is - but within 10 minutes drive of Selby and York Outlet . Long country road to the house but adds to the journey - lovely drive through some woods and fields. Quiet. Judy is very helpful, funny and a warm friendly person. If you need advice on local area she is very approachable.

This was a beautiful cottage found by my sister-in-law, and the common thing said between us all (staying) was “what a great find this was”. Unfortunately we ran into a hiccup in the party size very quickly after booking and Debbie was amazing with her quick response times, as well as her helpfulness. Any questions I had, she was always so quick and clear with her responses. The cottage itself is STUNNING. It was just perfect and very lovely decorated. I loved how open and bright the kitchen area was - exactly like it looks in the photos. The rooms are a good size and everyone was obsessed with how amazing the shower was. The whole cottage was perfectly clean and looked like something out of a magazine. The little touches were a wonderful extra too and we all had an enjoyable stay. We loved the stay so much that we agreed in future, when visiting family, rather than booking a hotel in the area, we’d much rather stay at this wonderful cottage! A big thank you for a lovely stay!
