Kid-friendly vacation rentals in River North Art District, Denver

First of all, Anthony was a terrific host! He always responded quickly when we had a question and did everything you’d hope and expect from a vacation rental host and then went above and beyond! Second, this was such a nice little home!!! Newly renovated, great contemporary style and comfortable. It was an older home where the best design elements were preserved and beautifully combined with contemporary style in a natural and tasteful way. Anyway, my wife and I can’t say enough about it. We had planned to do a lot in Denver. We did some of the things, but truthfully, we spent more time at Anthony’s place than we expected - it was that nice. Backyard toi was great. When we go back, this place will he first on our list! Thanks you!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is a great place to stay when around Downtown Denver. The park across the street is perfect to take the dog out. The property was large enough and clean, with many amenities. Amber was communicative and responsive.

We loved staying at this Airbnb for our girls trip! The home was easy to find, walkable to local restaurants, and very clean.

Patti, was a fantastic host. She was very responsive. The spa type bathroom was great, bedroom was tight, but worked. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the area close to RINO and/or a show at Mission Ballroom, this is great pick.

Very accommodating & thoughtful hosts who checked in on me to see if I needed anything on my month stay. Lots of great mexican restaurants in walking distance, close to several bus stops & a cute cat.

Julie is a great host! She had the place ready well before check-in. She communicated promptly and the location was fantastic. Easy to get around, close to downtown, walkable to restaurants!

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

Our 2nd time visiting Harold’s place. Great location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and perfect hosts. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to staying again whenever we visit Denver.

The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, perfectly located just a short walk from Union Station and the vibrant LoDo district. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Y'all, I have never stayed in an Airbnb that has this many amenities. If you needed it, it is there. There was every type of milk you could want left in bottles in the fridge for us to use and condiments for guest use. We were not there very long, but we spent every minute we could on the patio, what a gem! The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the towels were soft. Many people were out walking in the neighborhood and we felt very safe. I read nearly every review before I book an Airbnb, if that is you too, don't hesitate to book this place, you will love it!

Just checked out of the condo. Amazing stay. Easy check in and amazing AC. Everything isn’t too far away, and very convenient spot for traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Great little place! A close drive to everything. Very clean. Finding parking was easy. Had everything we needed!
