We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

Our stay was great! The space was clean, in a great location and exactly as described. Jordan was very responsive and made checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and easy to find. The hot tub was a real treat—clean and perfectly maintained. Instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and simple to follow, which made the experience seamless. The garden is absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to the whole stay. Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

From booking, to check in, and staying, the whole experience was seamless and stress free. This was a luxurious stay and the surrounding area is peaceful. Justin made every effort to make sure our visit went well. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Our stay was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for an extended weekend in Denver. Moon is responsive and was accommodating to some changes throughout the timing of our travels. Would absolutely stay here again when we are in Denver!

Very nice airbnb after a long flight.

This was my second stay at Nanci’s, and so, it felt a little bit like home. Nanci is available and, at the same time, not at all intrusive. The place is very clean and has all I needed, (kitchen supplies, bed and bath linens) and more (tv, games). The location is ideal, just across from a beautiful public park, with a view of the mountains, walking distance to great places to eat and pick up snacks. So quiet at night! And yet very close (15 minutes or so) to downtown. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

This place is just as described. We loved that it had everything we needed in a small place. We cooked meals but also walked to lots of cafes and restaurants. Joanne was very helpful, when I had questions but left us alone otherwise. We walked for miles looking at the quaint neighborhood and all the beautiful gardens. We will definitely come back.

This charming house has all you need and is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is fun to walk around and is located in a nice spot! Kammie was very friendly and responsive host and you will love this house!

Caleb's place was a cozy basement apartment with a full kitchen and a great living space. The real attraction of the place was location, location, location! Caleb's place was very central to many attractions in Denver and in a sweet neighborhood itself with several restaurant options within walking distance. I would stay again!

This stay was so thoughtfully put together. Every piece was carefully curated. The rooms were spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with delicious spices, onion, and garlic. They even left an umbrella by the front door because it was going to rain. The “guest mode” on the TV was a fun reinforcement of the idea that every little bit of this stay was thought through meticulously. The location was perfect, literally hundreds of feet away from delicious restaurants. My partner and I walked through the peaceful neighborhood several times during our short stay. I live in Denver, and I would stay at this location again. It was perfect.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. I would recommend!

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

What a perfect place for a base camp in Denver! The location is great. The backyard will make you want to stay home and the cats! If your a cat lover you will really enjoy these friendly kitties.
