Dawn‘s small cottage in the middle of Inverness is indeed a hidden gem. Just around the corner of the supermarket and many delicious restaurants. And very quiet. Very clean, cosy and decorated very lovely. Thank you very much for being such an excellent and thoughtful host. We‘d love to come back some day.

Cosy lodge for group gatherings, up to 21 people

LauraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place as a group of 13, the house was spotless and in the perfect location to explore Drum and the surrounding areas. We especially loved the large function space and lovely outdoor seating area, we were blessed with amazing weather so we got to make the most of it! Nikki is a fantastic host and has been very quick to respond and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return at some point soon!
The exterior of the cottage is framed by a lush green hedge, providing privacy and a sense of seclusion. A large bay window reflects natural light, while the pitched roof and surrounding trees suggest a peaceful setting near Loch Ness.

Charming Ness-Side Cottage

JacquelineRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Absolutely beautiful surroundings opposite Loch Ness. The booking never mentioned the cottages were part of the Clansmann Hotel so we had the benefit of their services. The cottage is very quirky. Clearer instructions are needed please as you need to ensure everything is switched on, i.e shower, hot water and sauna via various switches throughout the cottage. The concierge was above helpful and showed us what we needed to do. The cottage has the most stunning views over Loch Ness and you can view this from every room. Totally private and extremely peaceful and relaxing. Lots of areas to explore and the Highlands are just magical. Cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. It has an enormous very comfortable bed, which was great at the end of a long day. We didn't realise until we arrived that you can also have breakfast and dinner in the hotel so this was an added bonus. A very magical stay with fantastic amenities and breathtaking surroundings.

The Presbytery, Forres

BriarRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

Room 2: Fyrish Retreat

Richard and DebbieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Modern cottage in a charming countryside setting

RussellRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Graham and his wife were lovely and welcomed me warmly. The cottage was tranquil, clean and I slept wonderfully well. I really appreciated the butteries and shortbread on arrival which was just what I needed after my journey. I’d recommend Gable Cottage given its quiet surroundings and easy access. It’s very well located for all the main towns and Gordonstoun school should you be visiting.

Our group of five loved this penthouse apartment. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and all three bathrooms were spotless and had big fluffy towels. The large living / dining area has lots of windows. The well-equipped modern kitchen was appreciated by our group. Some of us walked up the hill from downtown each evening, while others preferred the taxi. We would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

exploreNESS Apartment

CarolRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Renata is an exceptional host! She left us a generous amount of fruit, treats, coffee, milk and even had fresh white roses! She went way beyond any other Airbnb host I have ever experienced. The place was cozy, clean and welcoming and had a fully stocked kitchen for whatever your needs might be. There was really nothing more Renata could provide, she had thought of everything! Even the bathroom was fully stocked. We could easily stroll into town. The apartment complex was not well kept up and I was concerned until I entered the apartment. There were four of us staying with two on the sofa bed. The sofa was OK and we only slept there one night. The bed was just fine in the bedroom. Renata is most highly recommended!
