The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Step outside and Oldbury Woods, an old Iron Age fort, protected by the National Trust, are a stones throw away. Rope swings for children and great for walks are all on the door step. The National Trust's Ightham Mote and Knole Park are also near by and the lovely town of Sevenoaks is a five minute car journey away.

This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
