It has a 25 m² main room on the ground floor with living room, lounge and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 140 convertible sofa and a TV. The bedroom is upstairs and is equipped with a 160 bed. The private outdoor area (90 m²) facing the sea includes a wooded courtyard, a terrace with garden table, 2 parking spaces.

Small villa located in a quiet condominium in the heart of a pine forest and close to the bike paths of LA FLOTTE EN RE and the Thalasso of STE MARIE. On the ground floor, a living room opening onto a flowered patio in which you can rest or eat meals, a bedroom adjoining the shower room. Also a small garage to store your bikes or take advantage of our rental bikes. Located on the edge of the forest, our house allows you to bring your animals for beautiful walks.
