The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Nunzia's place was great! clean & refurbished house in an amazing surrounding. Due to technical issues we had to postpone our stay and Nunzia allowed us to change dates and that is also highly appreciated!

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home. It was a super positive experience. Franco's place is comfortable and spacious, it has everything you need. We had a great time with our 4 boys/children and 1 dog. Perfect location to visit the towns on the lake, relax and enjoy clean air.

It is our second time in San Felice del Benaco in this cosy place. We spent again a great family time between hiking, swimming in the lake and the pool, visiting Verona or some nearby waterfalls. That’s really perfect spot to be! We love it and this year A/C made a stay even more comfy during heatwaves. Definitely to recommend to all.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

A beautifully situated place with the view that is much better than in the pictures. The place is in a very calm yet easily accessible area with many good restaurants and lovely villages being around. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable and cozy. The hosts are responsive and helpful. A special experience for a couple or a family (as the kids’ room is really something that kids would enjoy ☺️). A great catch and good value for money in a very nice area!!!

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

The Villa was located in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of room for 10 people and the Villa had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect for kids. Close to the train station and the lake Como. We also went for a hike in the mountains. Sara and her parents were friendly, we got welcomed with a tiramisu which was excellent! It was easy to be incontact with Sara, fast replies.

I recently stayed at Alice's House, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The house boasts an absolutely stunning view, far surpassing what the photos can capture. Every morning, waking up to such a breathtaking panorama was a highlight of our stay. The house itself is impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Nicola, the owner, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions for everything we needed and offered fantastic recommendations for local activities and attractions. His hospitality truly made our visit special. Alice's House is perfect for large families, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. We brought our dog along, and there was ample space outside for him to play and explore. The surrounding area is rich with nature and offers a variety of interesting things to do and see. I highly recommend Alice's House to everyone.

We chose this place since it felt like the right compromise away from Milan in addition to the fact that we liked the idea of having a little house with a garden all to ourselves. The owners welcomed us in a very warm way, also bringing us a bottle of wine and 2 beers ( super appreciated) the house was really impeccable, the village was enchanting ! We had a little unexpected with the grills that were not usable and the owners promptly got us an excellent one. The problem is not the unexpected but the management of the latter and I have to say that I have never found so much availability and kindness ! If then everything is seasoned with peace and panoramic views, well…. It's priceless !! Various points and retreats are within walking distance! Highly recommended ! We will definitely be back!
