There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. By Car: Free Street Parking in the Spring Garden neighborhood on the weekends and after 6PM M-F. By Bus/Train: SEPTA’s Broad Street line will drop riders off directly on Fairmount’s eastern border, while a number of bus lines (the 48, 33, 32 and 7) shuttle to and from Center City. Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. By bike or by foot: Biking is common (Indigo bike station 2 blocks away), walking more so, especially along Spring Garden Street & Fairmount Avenue. Heavily residential and graced with largescale attractions. This walk-up apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator, so walking up a flight of stairs is required. For your convenience this airbnb has a dedicated parking space located just behind the building. The space provided will accommodate most mid-sized vehicles but is not suitable for large vehicles such as Pick Up Trucks & Large Mini-Vans / SUVs (17ft Max)

The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. We loved our stay here and wished we had stayed longer! The apartment is in a charming, quiet residential neighborhood that is super close (walking distance) to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything was exactly as described; clean, spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for three adults (and one VERY energetic toddler!) The main living room/kitchen area is bright, airy, and perfect for relaxing. The 3 bedrooms are each spacious, and the master bedroom has GORGEOUS picture windows and lots of natural light. One thing to note: there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for us, but just something to keep in mind if you are carrying lots of heavy luggage or have mobility limitations. All in all, 10/10 experience!

The apartment is chic, spotless, and feels like a boutique hotel. The building is very secure with 24/7 front desk and keyless coded entry. The gym looks brand new, and there’s a spacious, elegant co-working area, strong Wi-Fi, and great AC. The kitchen is well-equipped with two brand-new toasters (big deal for coeliacs!), a NutriBullet, blackout curtains ❤️, a large washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like tree-free toilet paper and scented bin liners. This is the first time I’ve felt the Superhost title was truly earned. Tatenda was amazing, lightning-fast responses, kind, accommodating, and felt like a friend by the time I left. I extended my stay twice because I couldn’t bear to leave 🥹 We had a minor cleaning issue early on, but it was resolved promptly. Hot water takes a moment, and shower water pools a little, use the foot towel. I also think the rental agreement should be shared upfront, but none of this affected our stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences. I’d 100% rebook

Bijan’s instructions were clear and the apartment was easy to find and enter with digital locks. We would definitely stay here again!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
