Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

A true Airbnb experience - that doesn’t typically exist anymore. Great outdoor space as well which is very quiet and makes you forget you’re in a city. Beautiful location for visiting Philadelphia and a very walkable to Rittenhouse square and the river. The comm from JJ was easy and the checkin process was a breeze.

Lynn is an exceptional host! She was incredibly accommodating and considerate towards our group's questions and needs. Her space is charming, and we loved the outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was so fantastic, we were able to make our favorite meals and desserts, and felt right at home!

Jazzy personally welcomed me into her cozy historic home, pointed out unique art and artifacts from around the world as she showed me to my room. The room had a feather bed, quality linens all fresh, and a comfy sofa -providing relaxing comfort for my stay. The large shared bath down the hall was full of a wide variety of toiletries, table and chair with mirror and the shower was clean and equipped with a luxury shower head and nice water pressure. I traveled from out of town via Amtrak with a connecting local commuter train station a few blocks from this location. I arrived in this neighborhood filled with well-kept homes, many with gardens and scultures in front. Jazzy's place is the same, and offers a few different options for sitting outside to relax and perhaps socialize with other guests I spent most of my short stay exploring the area on foot and discovered many historic places with outdoor spaces as well. There is a nice variety of cafes - finding food was a pleasure.

This was a great place to stay for a quick get away. It was cozy and clean and had everything I needed, including a desk to do work

This place had so many little touches of character and charm that made it feel warm and welcoming. Everything has described. We had a small incident and Rebecca was respectful, understanding, and hospitable. She solved the problem quickly. We would stay again when in the area. I can tell she enjoys providing top hospitality service.

We stayed at Bill and Sharon’s place a couple times during our stay in the area and they we so great and kind and hospitable. Highly recommended! 🤩

We had a lovely stay at Tes’s place! She was quick to respond, check in was a breeze and it was very spacious for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room In the home to relax. Willie was very clear with check in instructions which made arriving at the home a breeze.

We loved our stay at Gary's place. It was in a great location - very walkable to so many good restaurants, independent shops, cafes, markets and a pharmacy. The apartment was as pictured, spacious and comfortable. Gary provided us several recommendations for the neighborhood (Queen Village is one of Philly's best) and was a responsive host. I would definitely book his place again.

Our stay was great ! The home is as described! The parking space provided is a wonderful bonus! The noise level was fine and the neighbors were friendly!

Dominique's place is great. Newly renovated and immaculate. The area is very quiet. Being from New York City, it found the quiet refreshing. Dominique is also a communicative and considerate host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rob and Amandas place...they were down to earth and all the amenities that I needed were provided

Great space. Very well kept and in very clean condition. Snacks, coffee and some other essentials provided. Host was very responsive and very cordial. Outdoor patio areas, yoga mat, two smart tv’s, electric fireplace, even a pet food bowl and dog treats. Highly recommend location is easily accessible to south Philly, west Philly/ucity, and center city.

We had a great stay at James’ and Dorothea’s place! They are both great people. James gave great instructions for getting into the house, and interacting with the horses on their property. Dorothea made us incredible and generous breakfasts, and we had great conversation with her about her life and ours. The bridal suite is so beautiful (and we weren’t there after getting married!), and the bed is extremely comfortable. Amazing electric fireplace in the room! Wifi is good in the room too - I worked out of it for a few days. Would highly recommend this place!

A delightful experience through and through! Francois is doing Airbnb like it should be done. He’s a warm and perfectly interactive host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our two nights! We unfortunately did not get to meet his fiance Keith and their dog Fez as they were out of town. Francois made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The space is just the epitome of cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the duration of our stay. The included breakfast was a level of hospitality that felt genuine and charming. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on and saved us from making at least one culinary faux pas! When we come back to Fishtown there is no question we will be staying here again! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

Very clean house! Chris was very helpful from providing directions for checking in to providing information on local attractions in the welcome packet after check in. We felt right at home. Walking distance to Keswick theatre. Very safe area walking. His dog Zeus was very friendly. A big puppy. :) For those worried about dog hair, he does not allow the dog upstairs in the bedrooms, so no worries.

I have stayed at many B&Bs and this was, by far, the best experience that I’ve had. The place was amazing and exactly as described. It was a beautiful area, and Dolores might’ve been the most welcoming host I have ever met! The breakfast was on point and everything about this experience was perfect. I can’t recommend it enough!

Outstanding. I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my relocation from another state. Cathy and George were extremely helpful and welcoming, giving me privacy while also making themselves available to assist my transition. They were a huge help and made such a difference to my transition. Lovely couple with a delightful family. Small touches such as home-baked goodies and well-stocked breakfast set-up made a nice difference. Nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, etc.

Loved it here! Such a charming space, easy to check in and out, and we got to hang out with one of the cats for a while. Literally only one downside and that's that it's an old (and beautiful) building so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the floors are creaky. Really can't say enough good things otherwise.

Jo-Ann is very nice person, and easy to communicate. She is very friendly and as if I stated at my aunt’s house. I have a light cats allergy, but I managed well, so I was fine!
