Hello! Our tiny house with veranda and fenced garden is centrally located, about 100 m from the train station and yet in the countryside. It is ideal for excursions to the islands, Halligen, Denmark, Flensburg and Husum. The tiny house offers a fully furnished apartment with 18 square meters, a full bathroom, fresh water in the pipes, electric heating and fast internet. It is nicely decorated so that you feel comfortable right away upon arrival. Private parking on our property.

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Cozy cottage directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A one-bedroom house with an adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight out to the beach. The other tucked behind living fences - almost always shelter.
