Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Risika

We spent a week at Antonio's. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than on the photos :) We were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were at waterfalls etc. inland a lot, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every morning and sometimes saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The vacation was super relaxed accordingly! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. It feels very good, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a lovely little friend 😅

Very great house for a mountain escape!

We stayed at the place for a week and are super satisfied! The location is great – quiet and yet close to the beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and it really has everything you need. You feel right at home. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

We gladly recommend Irena's beautiful home and definitely we will come again!! Spotless, clean, comfortable and you have everything what you need even more!! Kitchen, living room, fireplace.. We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

Ankica is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a drink and chat, and offered a safe place to keep our bikes. She gave us recommendations of the area and in the morning brought us a lovely baked treat. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. :)

The owners of Villa Cami are incredibly welcoming, reliable, and helpful. Communication was always fast, solution-oriented, and kind. Everything from arrival to check-in and check-out went perfectly. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and set in a beautiful, peaceful environment. In person, it exceeded the already great impression from the photos. For families with children who value privacy and tranquility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Villa Cami is a true gem – we wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

We had a great time in the villa!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We stayed at the house for 1 week. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The communication with Nikola was great. The house is prepared with so much love, you feel at home and even better with the wonderful pool outside the door. 5 out of 5 points. Absolutely recommend. I'm sure we'll be back. Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.
