It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Studio Mari is located downstairs of traditional seaside family house in a quiet village of Polje. It features a private terrace overlooking a garden with a grill. Enjoy a kitchenette, bathroom, terrace, heating, private entry. It's equipped with everything you might need for a great stay, come summer or a winter. Beaches are located within 5 km (Šilo) or 2 km by macadam road near olive gardens (Petrina, Vodice). Located within 30 min from the airport Rijeka. COVID-19 safety measures taken.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Newly renovated 37 square meters apartment for 2 people with available private parking, terrace and balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom with a TV. It has air conditioning and underfloor heating. The apartment is equipped with new and modern household furniture and is beautifully designed.

Spacious, family-friendly 3-room apartment with sea views and a 5-minute walk to the sea. In front of the door is a small shop where you can get your rolls and other things for the day. Various swimming areas that are not overcrowded by tourists are very close to the apartment and are within walking distance. Great restaurants can be found in the town of Crikvenica or the neighboring town of Selce, both of which are within walking distance.
