A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. Snuggle up to a gas fireplace with plenty of seating and large TV. Free Wi-fi. Charcoal grill, charcoal is not provided. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Please do not cross over into any pastures.

Our private homestead is the perfect setting for your getaway. You’ll have the best of both worlds—with 20 acres of privacy with all the excitement of Tupelo just miles away. While here, you can relax in the serene outdoors while watching our farm animals graze. You can also gather eggs and enjoy them for breakfast!

This carriage house apartment is located in the beautiful small town of New Albany. The carriage house is part of a 25 acre estate we call Possumhaw, located just off of I22. The property is convenient to historic downtown (2 miles) and the Tanglefoot Trail (1.5 miles).

Set in the small town of Blue Mountain, MS, home to Blue Mountain College. Near to Ripley, Tupelo, New Albany, Corinth, Pontotoc, Holly Springs, and Oxford, MS. as well as Memphis, TN. Lovely tranquil setting. Self check-in, but I will be available if needed.
