Great 3-night stay at the end of April with cloudy weather. Villa Lilla has a lot going for it. Well-equipped house, matches the photos, quiet, clean. Nice hosts. The jacuzzi is really nice (including when the sky is cloudy). We switched the heating to winter mode and the radiators worked well immediately. The second bathroom is more of an extra bathroom but the main bathroom is sufficient for 4 people. Parking space included and courtyard closed by a gate. The sound of the bell of the small church is very faint and adds to the charm from my point of view. Ideally located between Portofino and the 5 Terre (we went there by train). I don't know if the short road with hairpin bends can be a problem, we live in the Alps so for us it's not a problem. But that goes with the MAGNIFICENT VIEW. I recommend Villa Lilla.

Accommodation near shops, restaurants and especially the train station. The proximity to the station makes you hear a lot of trains but you end up getting used to it. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and especially gave us very detailed instructions for check-in , departure, bus schedules, restaurants. Very available host.

the stay at Debora's house was enchanting, both in terms of the space (completely adhering to the description), and for the convenience in reaching the beach and the historic center of Moneglia. The house is perfect for a couple, in a convenient but at the same time very quiet location, with panoramic views of the greenery (terrace side) and a beautiful glimpse of the sea visible from the window above the kitchen sink. Both Debora (who responds remotely) and her family who live just below, were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quiet vacation, in a beautiful and characteristic seaside resort in total comfort and relaxation!

A great experience thanks to Paolo and Valeria! First clear instructions, then impeccable and spacious accommodation (we arrived after a long day of travel and were very happy with our arrival "like at home"). Plus, great advice!! Paolo and Valeria advised us on activities and places to visit around La Spezia, which greatly enhanced our experience. They are also very warm and friendly!

Marco is a great host (very nice and caring, responds very quickly and takes care of things immediately). The accommodation is "new" and modern, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. We stayed here 10 days to explore the "5 Terre" with our Vespas. We liked it very much. From Levanto to PortoVenere everything is just a stone's throw (20-45 min.) and the trip there is an experience. We highly recommend it.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Robertos apartment is a great place to stay in La Spezia. We really loved our 10 days in this "eagle nest" on the 4th floor above Piazzetta del Bastione. The terrace is huge, with great views of the city, the mountains and the lively mingling on the streets and piazetta below. The apartment is beautiful and it is much larger and brighter than we expected from the photos. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just outside the door and the train station within an easy 15 min walk away. What's not to like.

It is a very nice apartment in the family property, very quiet amid vineyards (which make a very good wine that we had as a gift on arrival!) The welcome is very warm. Two beautiful rooms (and a terrace but we didn't have time to enjoy it) We are a 15-minute walk from the shopping center (open every day) and the train station from where a train to La Spezia leaves almost every hour… it is much easier than looking for a parking space before boarding the 5 Terre train! A great place in every way!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! The view was incredible and had it not been so rainy during our stay we would have spent more time outside in the patio.

We were very well hosted during our 3-night stay at Debby's. Everything was as in the photos and Debby's recommendations were very helpful. Very good pizzeria and restaurant for lunch right in front of the house suggested by Debby and in addition it is a secure place with gates for access to the residence. Since we had questions, she responded very quickly. I highly recommend this beautiful little house!

We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

Well-appointed and very clean accommodation. Close to the beach and the center of Levanto and 10 minutes from the train station. For us it was perfect, we had a great time.

Alfredo and his wife were very kind and adorable. They welcomed us with open arms, offering us a lot and a lot of affection. They care about their home and make their guests feel like part of the family. The accommodation is very nice, genuine, well organized and with all the comforts. The exposed beams are beautiful, the kitchen with all the appliances, the authenticity of the apartment, the new bathroom. The views are beautiful and from the parking lot you can even admire some sea croissants that make you dream of. It really feels like home and we wish we had even more time to spend. The owners have always been attentive to our needs and present for any needs. The places around are great and all up to 30 minutes from the place. We were very happy to be the guests of Alfredo's family.

Lovely! Lovely! Lovely! The house was clean, furnished very well, and absolutely breathtaking view. The walk through the vineyard to get to it was charming, and we loved how private and relaxing it was after the hustle and bustle of Rome. Clean, comfy linens, a sea and Mountain View, sounds of the church bell ringing at San Bernardino…we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Debora for all the extra special touches.
