Very good stay, clean, spacious and comfortable house, in a very quiet environment. Jill and her mom Françoise are very responsive and accommodating people.

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of France. The area is well worth the visit and Virginie's house is the perfect place to stay. Easy to find and everything you need to detach from the world for a few days with plenty of walking and hiking possibilities close by. There is no wifi but we did not miss this at all. We will definetely return. Thanks a lot Virginie.

Francis is a wonderful host—responsive and attentive. The accommodation is a good size, best for two adults and a child. The child would sleep on a large sofa. The bedding is comfortable, and it’s a 12-minute drive from Aurillac, where you’ll find all necessary shops. The property is especially enjoyable from spring to early autumn, with a well-maintained garden that gets plenty of sun until early afternoon. I stayed a full month in late Winter. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. While the price felt a bit high given the age of some kitchen furniture and appliances, this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The bedding was perfectly fine. There’s a Carrefour Contact in the village, along with a bakery, pharmacy, and tobacconist. In nearby Naucelles, I recommend a trendy bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere—ideal for breakfast, a meal, or a drink anytime. For outdoor lovers, hiking trails are just a 20–30 minute drive away.

Very nice and comfortable country house. Very nice bedding, nothing is missing. Perfect for a quiet holiday between countryside and mountains.

We had a great time in Avignon. The views are fantastic, ideally located close to hiking trails. The cottage is impeccable and functional (with fireplace, very nice) I would recommend it 100%.

A very pleasant stay, charming, small house, well functional, the rooms are very comfortable, there were four of us with two young children. The little extra, the baby gate upstairs. The place was very clean, the key box, very convenient. Recommended.

The accommodation was very welcoming, very well equipped and perfectly located in the charming little village of Le Broc. The view from the accommodation is amazing and its location allows a quiet stay while remaining close to amenities. Tina and her husband were lovely during our stay at their wonderful little apartment and we thank them for that.

Apart from the noisy neighbors who are not the host's fault, small cocooning place, tastefully decorated, very practical. I came for a pro training 2 km from the center, very convenient parking in front of the Tiny house, well-equipped kitchen. Anyway, I liked it and I'll come back as soon as I can and I'm in training. As usual, clean, well-equipped and very functional accommodation...Nearby restaurant, gas station and highway... In addition, Patrick always has attention for his tenants. All these reasons why I've been renting from Patrick for years as soon as I go by issoire . A safe bet!

Wonderful location, beautiful little cottage which had everything we needed. Perfect host that was available if needed but wasn’t as everything was as it should be. Great garden for our dogs which is fully enclosed. We will be going again.

excellent little rbnb at the gates of clermont ferrant...brigitte and miguel are very welcoming and friendly while remaining very discreet......it is easy to access...has a place to park ( I was in a van) ....it is a small house with a small courtyard that overlooks a fairly quiet street..... the accommodation has a bedroom....a living room with a sofa bed, a table and a small tv....a well-equipped kitchen area and a small bathroom all a little old but in perfect condition and very clean.. and with a stable and efficient wifi..... in short....I had a very good stay and recommend without reservation this accommodation to which I would happily return if I have to return to a trip to clermont.

Superb stay. Lois' cottage is a real cozy and comfortable cocoon in a quiet environment. The view under the snow from the cottage is splendid. It is impeccably clean, very well equipped , very bright and perfectly isolated , which is a plus in winter. The lockbox allowed appreciable flexibility of the check-in time. Loïse is a pleasant and responsive host who has taken care of our well-being. I really recommend this cottage.

A pleasant moment with birds chirping like an early morning awakening. Nicolas is very friendly and has good tips about his area. Impeccable and comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!
