Extremely comfortable apartment with a beautiful view to the sea, very safe condominium, with a full leisure area close to the beach of campina and the beach of the alligator. It was very organized and host is very attentive and willing to help with whatever is needed. When you return to João Pessoa will be my first option in addition to indicating the location to friends. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable, well located, cozy. It is close to a market, restaurant and pharmacies. Quite safe and good overall structure. The car spot is covered.

Great stay, all flawless.

Eugênio's house has a great structure, very large, well equipped, full kitchen, air conditioning appliances work very well, it has a background area with a huge and very private barbecue. The balcony is very cozy and the location is perfect, on the street there is a market, a bar and almost in front of a pizzeria. The street is also very wide to leave the car parked and Eugênio is very helpful, always responding to all questions. I recommend hosting for both short and long seasons.

We stayed 4 days in the house and it was a very valuable experience to stay so close to the sea. The Lake Sunset is actually very beautiful. The simple house but guarantees a good stay. If you need tranquility and like nature, the house is great for that and to disconnect a little and connect with nature's gallows. I suggest going by car because the house is a little far from the trade, there is only one market with very basic things nearby. Fabrícia served us well and made us feel good! I loved the experience!!

Apartment met all our expectations. Super ventilated. Suite overlooking the sea. Safe to bring children. The apartment is screened, another positive point! Well equipped. The sea in front of the bath is very calm. Peaceful Neighborhood. Ah, the Host is 1000, responds super fast and was super kind!

The space corresponds exactly with the one described in the photos. Everything very clean and functioning perfectly. Mr. Fabrício, an excellent host, always very helpful and kind.

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!

Our stay was wonderful, uneventful. The place is properly equipped and very clean, all new and well organized. Elaine is a very kind host, responds with agility and has welcomed us very well. The only consideration I have to make, which in passing is not a complaint, is to put at least one more mirror in the house, we were in six (three women) and there were only mirrors in the bathrooms (two), it worked super right because we took one of the mirrors to the room and we shared, however, it would have been more pleasant if there were at least another one. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay, the building is new and super clean, well located and for sure I would indicate as well, we would stay there again.
