Vacation rentals with a pool in Rio Tinto

Hilton was very helpful from the beginning of our conversation. Upon arrival, he received us, showed us the accommodation and gave us complete safety. It proved helpful from beginning to end!!! In addition, the house is very well-equipped, it has all kinds of basic household items, kitchen with pots, salt, sugar, stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. The rooms are very spacious, especially the last one. Everyone with a bathroom, which was great because we were in 6 people. Swimming pool is pretty cool. We stayed there enjoying with the family until late because the water was delicious. The house is relatively close to the beach, but you need to walk a little longer to be on a part of the beach that the wave is quieter. Nothing too much, after all is walking on the beach, which everyone loves! For family and friends, this house is super well, there is no tightness, and Hilton has given us security at all times. I highly recommend it!

Nice and big house, very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was great. Beach is just a short walk away. Limited restaurants at walking distance, but overall good location.

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

Leonardo is a top quality host, the super clean and organized house, perfect bed and bath linens, we found everything we need in the kitchen, well equipped and clean, my family felt at home, we appreciate the affection with which we were treated . Perfect location, snack bars, pharmacy, bakery and markets on the corner.

Our stay was wonderful. The host always very attentive to providing us a quiet and comfortable stay. The bungalow, the condominium all very nice. We only had a small problem with the Internet but since the atmosphere was comfortable, we didn't miss it. It would definitely return. ☺️

The stay was very good. José Natal and Rhana were super attentive and always responded quickly to my contacts. The house is very good, it had everything we needed for a quiet stay, barbecue, washing machine, etc. The location is good for those who want peace of mind by staying away from downtown João Pessoa. Dica: There is a beach restaurant very close by, give it to go walking, which is called Marujo, the food is excellent, it is very worth knowing. Super tip.

Space as described. Very quiet place, no noise. Anfritriã always responds fast and very polite. Apartment with all the amenities that are in the listing. Safe location and a few minutes from the Central waterfront. Lots of home utensils in the apartment.

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and quick communication with the host, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. In short, it's worth it and I'll be back as soon as possible.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The host was super attentive, and the communication was great. She even left some treats for us in the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!
