Nei grandi spazi esterni una vasca idromassaggio realizzata con le pietre di granito della zona, amache, lettini ed un percorso all'interno della proprietà che si snocciola in mezzo a lecci secolari. Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include ceiling fans in the living room and in the kitchen, a portable air conditioning unit, infrared panel heating, as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi.

Situata a soli 400 metri dal mare, questa villetta accogliente è immersa nella quiete della natura e offre una vista spettacolare sul Golfo Stella Perfetta per una vacanza rilassante, tra profumi mediterranei, tramonti emozionanti e il suono del mare in lontananza. Capoliveri è facilmente raggiungibile in auto e offre ristoranti tipici, mercatini e atmosfera autentica.

Appartamento in Villa I

L'alloggio è situato all'interno di una villa dei primi del '900, in una zona verde e tranquilla (località Porticciolo) a circa 2 Km dal comune di Rio Marina. E' dotato di bagno privato, cucina e di due camere doppie (di cui una matrimoniale), per un massimo di quattro persone. Non essendo la proprietà completamente recintata su tutti i lati, per questioni di sicurezza preferiamo non accogliere animali domestici.

Alloggio con grande spazio esterno per cene a pranzi all'aria aperta, azione in posizione collinare con vista mare e distanza dal centro del paese di poche centinaia di metri. Parcheggio auto, servizi raggiungibili anche a piedi. Doccia esterna a disposizione dei clienti, cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno con box doccia, aria condizionata, sala da pranzo e camera da letto matrimoniale divano letto.
