Ogni casa ha i propri spazi esterni. in casa: due camere da letto, una matrimoniale, l'altra può essere doppia o matrimoniale, unendo i due letti . La finestra della seconda camera non ha vista. i due bagni della casa hanno entrambi la doccia. il grande soggiorno/cucina si affaccia su vista mare meravigliosa, esposta ad ovest, quindi esposta al tramonto. L'arredamento della casa è moderno e di buon gusto.

Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include ceiling fans in the living room and in the kitchen, a portable air conditioning unit, infrared panel heating, as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi.

The central location on the island is strategic for moving in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches.

The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
