A lovely apartment in a quieter area of the city. The street outside has the canal and plenty of local bars and restaurants. The terrace was perfect for our morning coffee or afternoon relax, pretty quiet overlooking rooftops. Walking distance to all the tourist spots, or easy to get to by water taxi. The apartment has lovely traditional decor and is clean and spacious. The only thing to consider is it is up 3 flights of stairs, and has very low ceilings / beams so may be difficult if you are tall. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Francesca

Federico’s place was wonderful, the location was great away from the major traffic and had some awesome restaurants close by. The place was so clean and well designed. We absolutely loved staying here!!

Despite its small size, the apartment has everything you need and everything works very well. Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The neighborhood is charming - we had already stayed there and returned to the same place - nothing like other areas flooded with tourism in Venice. The host lives in the neighborhood and is close by for any problems

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. It’s absolutely huge, squeaky clean and has very comfortable beds. Location is great, lots of local non-touristy restaurants on the street below. The view from the patio can’t be beat and the host was excellent. He gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and helped us arrange early morning transportation to the airport. I hope I’m lucky enough to get to stay here again one day!
