Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

Awesome place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Modern and comfortable apartment in exactly the best part of Venice. Quiet and nice yet so close to all of the places you will want to go. Rita was the perfect host, answered a lot of questions quickly and really helped us get the most out of our visit, she also helped us book a water taxi back to the airport. Loved it!

The apartment size is perfect for a family of three, the bathroom is not too small. The location is the best, just a few minutes of walk to the st. Mark square. It’s less than 5 minutes of walk to st. Zaccaria waterbus E/F dock, it’s very convenient to take line 1. One small thing is there are several restaurants just below the apartment, it could be noisy at night. I was fine, If you are a light sleeper, consider using ear plugs. It was a pleasant stay in Venice, thanks Pucci and Stefano!

Beautiful clean apartment in the perfect location. Had trouble finding the place despite the detailed instructions. Not sure if that was due to the instructions or due to our confusion! Davide was very responsive to all my questions. If I am ever in Venice again I would definitely stay here again!
