We were already picked up at the boat dock by the hostess's assistant and taken to the apartment. The check-in was therefore smooth and uncomplicated. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Especially the bathrooms were very clean and everything newly renovated. The location of the apartment is highly recommended, as you are in a few minutes at St. Mark's Square. There are also a lot of great restaurants in the area. The courtyard in the house and the view of the old rooftops of Venice were particularly charming. Alice, our host, was always helpful and very friendly in communicating. If we go to Venice again, we will book this cute apartment again. Tip Top!!!

What a fantastic apartment!!! Plenty of room for our family of 4. The location was great... Lovely to look out the windows and see the gondeliers going by.. Definitely recommend
