Hector's place was a short 10 min drive from Tilcaras Center! It was located in a quiet and peaceful nook in the mountains near Tilcara. It was self check in and Hector was very responsive and accommodating for our last minute stay! The place was exactly as described in photos, we would definitely recommend if you are staying in this area! Also, you will likely be greeted by the dog in the photo! We recommend being prepared with a treat :)

Honestly, the Dome is the same as the photos posted, it is very beautiful inside and out. The bed is spectacular after a day of trekking around the surrounding villages. They have flexible hours to prepare breakfast, which is awesome. We'll be happy to return.

The stay in this little house was everything we wanted! Carolina and Fito (with whom we were in contact the whole time) were very friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need to enjoy staying for several days. The view is spectacular, and the dogs are joyful companions, making everything beautiful. The little house of love in Tilcara will always be in our hearts!

Do not hesitate, just book! It is a little gem tucked away in the hills nearby Tilcara. Accessible by normal car through a gravel road. Turn-off for the cabin is indicated by a yellow/white pole (handy at night). Peaceful, quiet and with beautiful mountain views during the day and numerous stars lighting up the sky at night. The house was built with local materials and consists of 2 rental units. It is decorated with taste. It has everything you need, incl. an airco if needed. The only thing we missed was a toaster but that is because we are not such a big fan of the bread in Argentina :-). We did not meet the hosts in person but contact via texting was very friendly and hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended!
