This was our second time staying at Miriam's property and the space was just as wonderful. The apartment is very well equipped, has a great location and communication with the host is always quick. A very cozy place and one that I will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is comfortable, everything clean, and has the essential utensils. The location is great, close to everything, markets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies. The neighborhood is safer, making it easy to walk. It is possible to see the Christ and Sugar Loaf, a beautiful view. Maria is very kind, and has great communication. We love the stay, I would definitely come back and I will make indications.

It was a pleasure staying at Josés place. Everything was super convenient and there was everything you needed. Communication was great and José answered very fast and was very helpful. Location was also perfect. My warmest recommendations.

Historic building, popularly known as Balança Mas Não Cai. Located in downtown Rio, next to the Sambadrome, Central do Brasil (train, subway and bus station to various locations), close to shops, central lanes and cultural centers. Easy check-in and check-out. Rosângela and Tom are super stellar and helpful. They respond promptly and do their best to provide a memorable stay. The accommodation is compact. Corresponding to the photos in size and function. Recommended for a couple without children. I felt so at home that I erased the information. Shhh! Just between us! I highly recommend it. I'd come back without a doubt.

Rodrigo’s place is great ! 2 min walk from the Copacabana, safe neighborhood and the apartment is clean and spatious, perfect for solo travellers or a couple. The only downside was that the wifi was very bad. The washing machine was defective but those things happen and when I told Rodrigo he was quick to respond and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent stay! The apartment is very well located, steps from Copacabana beach and with easy access to all kinds of services. We were greeted by Erica, who was very friendly and explained in detail the operation of the home, which made everything much simpler. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay, the apartment is excellent, we found everything clean and identical to the photos advertised, both the sofa bed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen with utensils and equipment working. Regarding the location, we found it very good and safe! It is close to the subway, and in a short walk of about 10 to 15 minutes you arrive at the Flamengo overlook, a nice beach, overlooking the cable car. Jeane welcomed us very well, gave us tips for the tour, always very polite and helpful. She responded quickly through WhatsApp. Anyway, our group praised her receptivity very much. Thank you very much Jeane!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Eugênio's apartment. It is centrally located, just 12 minutes away from Cosme Velho (the train station that takes you to Christ the Redeemer), and 15 minutes away from the metro station (Largo do Machado). There are a lot of restaurants, botecos, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, fruit stalls, etc within walking distance. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking!!! It's great to wake up, open the windows and appreciate Corcovado Hill, Morro Santa Marta and Christ the Redeemer from your place. The WiFi is really fast and works all the time -in case you need to work from the apartment- Eugênio provided a lot of recommendations and explained a few things when we first arrived to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend "Nema" and "Portugo" those bakeries have yummy bread and sweets.

A curved balcony reveals a view of the street below and the waterfront beyond. A protective netting lines the balcony, ensuring safety while enjoying the open air. Surrounding greenery and buildings add to the sense of location in an urban setting.

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6. In addition, it is located in a very safe place, and with many supermarkets just a few meters away. Finally, as for the host, Josy, she is always available for whatever you need. Therefore, I fully recommend the accommodation whether you are a group of young people or a family.

A sandy beach is visible with a prominent hill in the background. Sun loungers are scattered across the shore, and people can be seen enjoying the space. The sky is partly cloudy, creating a serene coastal atmosphere. Greenery surrounds the base of the hill.

We stayed in the apartment for three days with our two children. The hostess was extremely attentive — we had a problem with the gas heater and she came the same day to help us solve everything. In addition, he has shown us a wonderful guide who organized an unforgettable tour and also the airport transfer. The apartment is in a great location. Only two minutes on foot has a delicious Rodízio, and the beach access is super easy — the building is right next to the bridge over the river, so it's not necessary to take a long walk. In about seven minutes you are already standing in the sand! The condominium is very nice, with friendly and polite gatekeepers, and a great pool. We were very satisfied with the stay And of course, the neighborhood of Jardim Oceânico (Barra da Tijuca) is one of the safest in Rio — we feel very quiet throughout the trip.
