The condominium is beautiful, just like the photos, and has everything, there is a market next door that you can walk to. The apartment has everything you need, just as a suggestion I would leave a clothesline because only the one in the laundry room is not enough. I will return more often for sure

The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Responsive friendly host, nice person and quick to respond. The apartment is not super new, but as for what they rent in Rio is very good. The air conditioner broke down a couple of times, but the host quickly resolved the issue. It was a pleasure to spend 3 weeks there. Lagov is a great neighborhood, the house has a large entrance, there is a taxi to stay, a good functional apartment and even a small office. We liked it, thanks to the host, we will come back again ♥️

Comfortable and complete apartment, there are three internally connected condominiums in a quiet neighborhood. Very empathetic concierges, pool staff, ornament and warehouses. Marta was very concerned about our stay, she answered our questions quickly and accurately. I recommend the apartment to future guests.

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Very attentive host. Excellent, clean, has everything you need. There is a bus stop, but you have to switch buses to get to the subway, so if you have a car or a taxi, it's convenient. There is a playground and a swimming pool in the territory of the houses. The windows overlook the courtyard and is very quiet at night.

The ocean view is impressive and exciting! At night you sleep with the sound of the sea, it's amazing! The building is very safe, on the corner there are several bus lines that take you downtown. It is far from downtown, about 45 minutes by car, beautiful beach! Luiz always responded very kindly and promptly. The apartment has everything. We'll be back!

First time I went to Rio and the experience couldn't have been better! Silvia is extremely nice, she helped us with flexibility at check-in and we always stayed in touch. The apartment is very conveniently located: two blocks from the beach and has everything nearby (Super Market and restaurants). It's very nice and cozy, and has everything you need. We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with a concierge, swimming pool, gym and well-organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical ones, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches (we used Uber). There is public transportation and transportation options that make it easy to get to different points of interest, as well as a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, an electric grill and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. One detail that I really appreciated is that the building has a recycling option, which makes it easy to separate waste from the apartment itself. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to return to Rio, especially to this less crowded area than the classic ones like Copacabana.
