The apartment is excellent. New, spacious, equipped and clean, in addition to very well located, in a condominium and a safe neighborhood and a block from the beach. A very positive point is the availability of bath and face towels, as well as bedding and other items such as pillows. In addition, the apartment has cooler and beach chairs available. The co-host, Magali, received us very well, polite, friendly and helpful when it was necessary, made sure to show us the whole apartment and its features. Due to the wonderful experience, I will come back more often and super indicate.

We went to celebrate my birthday as a family, and it was wonderful days, the communication with Nataly was great. The house is very close to the beach, accommodated us very well, comfortable house and close to everything.

This was my second time here and, like the first, everything went super well! The space is cozy, very well maintained and has everything I need for a peaceful stay. The house is super well located, we do not even need to take the car out of the garage, due to the easy access to the beaches, bars and tourist spots, when necessary just take an Uber where the values are low. Great house, great place, super attentive hostess. I highly recommend this house and we intend to return.

the stay is perfect. From before the entrance until the moment of departure, Edson always proved very solicitous, responded quickly and cleared all doubts. The stay is very close to the beach, and the street is very quiet. It looks like the house has recently been renovated, so it was all very new. In the kitchen has all the basic utensils for the preparation of the food. The house was tidy when we arrived and in addition it already had some cleaning supplies to keep the house organized during the stay. My family and I really liked the location of the house and the structure offered.

Hostão Cortez, gave us information about the area and the house is exactly the same as the listing! We all love each other!

Our stay at Camila's place was excellent. When renting the space, it is exclusive to your group, without the need to share it with others. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, and all suites offer sea views. There are 3 suites on the upper floor and 3 on the ground floor, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The property is very organized and has ample space for children to play safely and freely. The householders, Sebastião and Rosana, were extremely attentive and dedicated. Sebastião, in addition to being a great cook , made us feel free to set the menu, preparing delicious meals adapted to our taste. About the location, the sea in front of the property is more agitated, so I recommend walking a little along the waterfront to find quieter areas, ideal for a quiet sea bath. Hope to come back soon!

Great location. Very quick owners in responses. Close to Bosque e Tartaruga beach, 10 min by car from Costa Azul. Basic market and bakery that only needs to cross the highway, very comfortable. Beach in front of the condominium provides that "little noise" of the sea that we love so much. But only that's because the sea is very busy. But it's a delight to sit on the pool deck and have a snack, have a beer, looking out at the sea. Very well ventilated place, I believe that in the heat it is really cool because we went in a colder season and it really was a little cold. Caretaker very attentive and always available for whatever we needed.

Everything was impeccable! Clean, organized and very complete house. We were warmly welcomed and assisted. The place is safe, quiet, close to downtown and the beach. Our weekend was close. 👏🏽👏🏽

The house has met expectations and is even better than on the photos. Very spacious, several extra mattresses, everything clean, outside area very good, both to rest and to barbecue and enjoy the pool, the view is beautiful too. The nearby beach is very beautiful but the sea is very busy, who does not know how to swim, I do not recommend entering. A tip is just to be aware of the water in the house, so they don't consume or make food with the tap water, as it is a little dark and smells strong. Despite this, the host left 3 gallons of 20L for us to use and be able to consume, we need to buy just 1 more. We were greeted by Roberto and Carla and were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

From the beginning of the contact, he always responded to us with kindness and promptness. We really enjoyed the stay, ambiance, space and decor. The house is well equipped, well located and pleasant to stay in. We had an unforeseen event regarding water, which is subject to occur in beach regions. We got in touch and quickly Leticia answered us and Raphael gave us the necessary support. Thanks again for the attention you've given us. I felt like there should have been an extra floor cloth. To avoid dirtying/wetting the floor of the main room, we kept a cloth nearby for support, but it would be good to have more for the room area that supports the pool area. Both bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathrooms (en-suites). The adaptation of the roof area to support the pool area was perfect, having a free bar nearby also helped a lot. One detail and another can be adjusted for improvement but nothing that prevented us from making the most of it. Thank you and I hope to return in the future.

Very cozy house. Too much whim in the details, in the bathroom, bed and spaces of the house. A nice living house. márcia was receptive and answered whatever was needed promptly.

The stay was quiet, few complications, I suggest the host to send a message before, with some important information like the Wifi of the place, and check the electric part (The one-bedroom shower was not working). Outside all very good and the great location.

The home faithfully matches the listing. Next to the Iriry lagoon, beach and you can quietly walk to the street of Jazz city. Cleyta was from the very friendly start. She is her husband have been helpful and pleasant! I definitely plan to return!
