We booked this property 4 months in advance and at that time it had only one review. We trusted it and we were not wrong. The apartment is new and bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is bright, comfortable and has a 5 star view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.The bathroom is large and has many places to put your thing.This is one of the top 3 Airbnb accommodations we have stayed in. And especially because of the hosts! Wonderful people willing to help with anything you need. They waited for us with warm cakes just out of the oven. We found essential things for breakfast in the fridge. Even though the weather was not on our side and it snowed almost every day, Jann cleared the snow from the parking lot and offered to take us wherever we wanted. Although we didn't see the Northern Lights in all their magic, it was worth traveling 5000km one way to meet wonderful people. Thank you Reidun & Jann! We hope to return soon. Gina & Dan - Romania

A beautiful located house with all facilities you need!

If you're looking for an elegant, modern, extra comfortable place, a few minutes from Tromso but away from the hastle and bustle of the city, this place is for you. Located in a residential area, overlooking the sea, the apartment offers great views from its windows and its terrace, disegned interior, and all the sort of kitchen appliances. The beds will assure resting nights, and the living room relaxing dinner looking at the sea. Two beautiful cats will show up sometimes looking for some cuddles! The hosts are kind and reactive. They send a lot useful information and about what to do.

Mihkkal's place is perfect for skitouring. Lot's of easily accessible mountains within 30 min drive. It has all the amenities even for a longer trip, Troms is only half an hour away. Mihkkal was very friendly and nice guy, thank you for a great holiday!

During my stay, I climbed the mountain behind the house and drove to the island's only supermarket.We had a lot of fun seeing reindeer and sheep on the road.The aurora appeared overhead at night. The kids were very happy from the moment they arrived.The room is warm and there is Wi-Fi. Kurt was very kind and helpful.Thank you!

The house is very, very nice, the snow mountain outside the window, there are many rooms, the floor heating is very sufficient, the room is very clean, and the host's communication is very good. Living here made our trip to Tromso very nice.

Quaint, quiet and beautiful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin is large, clean and incredibly well equipped – with three cozy living rooms, spacious kitchen, cold room and a lovely jacuzzi with magical views. Perfect both for larger groups and to relax in peace and quiet. Communication with the host was great – quick, pleasant and helpful throughout the process. We also got a lot of helpful tips in advance of your stay. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Wonderful cabin with an incredible view of the fjord. Bright and comfortable, with lots of common spaces useful for our needs. It was the perfect base for our ski mountaineering week in Lyngen. Also, the gem is the outdoor hot tub where you can relax under the stars at the end of the day. Maria and Andreas have always been available and very friendly, welcoming us even in the middle of the night due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommended!

Terrific base in Tromso. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which I personally prefer much more than living in the city center. The house is quite large and very well furnished, and feels very homey and warm. Loved the open plan kitchen and living room where we could prepare meals, relax, and keep an eye out from the balcony windows for signs of an aurora borealis. Hope to have a chance to come back in the future :)

Stunning views and location, and so cozy. Highlights are the jacuzzi, sauna, access to take a dip in the fjord, the fireplace in the living room, the comfy beds, and fully kitted out kitchen with a great coffee machine. Host was very nice and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place. Much nicer than in the pictures! Large house with plenty of space and large bedrooms. Fantastic view of the sea and nice jetty to swim and fish from. We will come back here!
