Beautiful view, intimate courtyard. The sauna experience while watching the sea is both relaxing and unforgettable. It was a memorable stay that we recommend to everyone.

Very well located accommodation with access to the river! The host is very receptive and the place was really good, clean, beautiful and warm.

Excellent stay! Like every time I go. It was nice to see these beautiful places again in summer. Everything is always very good and clean. Then I thank them again for being flexible with the check-in time. Sometimes a little awkward, such as with the welcome from the owners before even entering the premises or meeting them regularly. But they're there if there's anything at least.

Great air Bnb!!! Even more beautiful in real life!! Slightly further from the slopes than I thought but still within walking distance! I hope to be able to come back!

It's a real little paradise! The place is very beautiful and very well maintained, I would even say impeccable! We had a warm welcome from the host Richard, smiling and available! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay in nature and very quiet… the city is not very far away with everything you need!

Accommodation perfectly as described, pretty, very clean. Our host quickly gave us the key access codes which is very reassuring during a roadtrip stay, they were available in case of questions and the accommodation was well equipped. Only downside for us, too much light in the room with the window despite the blind and the blind slammed because of the wind, otherwise everything was fine, thank you very much!:)

We spent 2 nights at Janic's. Our stay went very well. The house is located by a road, a little noisy but on the other hand it is well-equipped and very clean. The host is very kind.

Perfect for a stay on Varte Island

After passing the test of the staircase (steps move and the staircase shakes) which was a little scary for someone with vertigo, we discovered a very clean, pleasant and functional accommodation. It has everything you need and more. The air conditioning was on when we arrived, which was a nice touch, especially during a heavy and hot day. The neighborhood is very good and offers beautiful views of the city and the river and is close to Lafontaine Street which offers many pubs, activities and restaurants. Robin was also a great host. He responded quickly and clearly, was extremely generous to accommodate us for the check-in time. I could only recommend the accommodation to my loved ones as well as to all those who wish to have a nice stay in Rivière du Loup.

We had a great time in this condo! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to access the listing before and after the scheduled time, which greatly facilitated our organization for our sporting event. The place was very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located for skiing. As soon as we arrived early in the morning, she kindly offered to drop off our belongings and gave us access to the condo as soon as it was ready. Thank you so much for your great attention and warm welcome! We would recommend it in a second.
