Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We were in town to visit a family member at the hospital and this Airbnb was perfect for that given its super close proximity to Rimouski Regional Hospital. The place was the perfect size for our purposes and it had all of the necessities. Note that the bathroom didn't include any shampoo/body wash, but it's not an issue as I think most people travel with their own. If you plan on cooking, you'll have to be sure to bring your own cooking ingredients, as the kitchen only has some salt & pepper. If we stayed longer in Rimouski, we would've definitely stayed again at this Airbnb!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money. I didn't need to talk Carl that much because everything was there but he was great when needed. Definitely would recommend this place.

Lynda was a great host, sent info well in advance, called to check our arrival time and welcomed us. The house is lovely, comfortable, great beds - just slight noisy from upstairs ( we were on the ground floor) . Great location for whales watching, good baker and excellent restaurant at Le Boisée.
