Keep it simple at this beautiful, peaceful and centrally-located 4 1/2. You will be a 2-minute walk from the school park, a 5-minute walk from the hospital center, the Premier Tech center and Lafontaine Street (Bars, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable. Max people: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed or crib.

The apartment "Aux Sorbiers" is located on the outskirts of the city of Rimouski (15 minutes from the city center). Due to its elevated location, you can admire stunning sunsets that are different every night and a 180-degree starry sky. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, workers, small families during your children's various sports tournaments or anyone who wants to be accommodated at a very affordable price.

Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573)
