The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. Feel free to bring your bikes (private place available to drop them off safely); 500 meters away, you will find the start of the old railway line that will take you on one side to Mont Saint Michel (20 km) or on the other to Fougères (30 km)
