Located in a pretty little Aveyron village, ideally located 15 minutes from Rodez and its Soulages Museum, 5 minutes from Belcastel and Bournazel. apartment located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house on one side. The accommodation is not specifically suitable for people with disabilities as there are stairs to access the living rooms

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.
