The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.

We felt comfortable! Communication with Nicolet was quick, helpful, friendly! The cabin was clean, beds, pillows, mattresses comfortable! After a busy day on the nearby slopes, the sauna was very relaxing! Always happy to come back!

A little paradise in Untergösel We had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin! The tranquility of nature, the loving furnishings and the warm atmosphere have made our stay very special. Every moment here was pure relaxation – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside, walking in the area or just relaxing in this idyllic cabin. We stayed a week in this beautiful, rustic accommodation. The view is an absolute dream. My boyfriend and I live in the big city and for us it was a completely new world. The tranquility, the nature, the mountains… It was really great! The first approach was a bit wild - we relied on Google Maps with reckless abandon. I followed Simone's instructions later. Once you get to the top, you'll be rewarded immediately. ♥️ The Knusperhäuschen is cozy and comfortable. The highlight here, however, is clearly the bathtub with an outstanding view. We really enjoyed it. If you need a break from everyday life to simply recharge your batteries, you've come to the right place. Thank you so much for this great experience. Renate's house is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything in both the rooms and the kitchen. Everything is functional and works. The garden is well-kept and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence in the evening is absolute so much so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

This charming cabin log house is the perfect winter getaway. It’s warm and cozy, with a stunning view and peaceful surroundings. Located near the entrance of hiking trails, it’s ideal for nature lovers. The real highlight, though, is the host, Teresa. She’s incredibly kind and helpful, making sure you have everything you need. Whether you’re looking for a snug winter escape or a serene nature retreat, this cabin has it all. Highly recommend!

We were two families (7 people), and the house was spacious and very well furnished—you’ll find everything you need, including toys for kids. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony. The RieserAlm ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. It’s a small resort, but the slopes are perfectly maintained, never crowded (even on weekends), and great for small children and beginners. Klaus is a fantastic host—very helpful and always available. We were extremely happy with everything. We will come again. :)

It’s a homey, clean and sweet place. Despite the freezing weather we were never cold thanks to the floor heating. The quiet was also real nice after a day of sightseeing. I recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic chalet! The place was a highlight in every way – starting with the breathtaking view, which impressed us from the first moment. Especially the wellness area was a real experience: modern, stylish and with a view of the cliff chair that takes your breath away. The peace and privacy were absolutely given – far and wide no one could be heard, which created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor area left nothing to be desired: a large, well-kept garden with barbecue facilities, perfect for lingering. The kitchen was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired – ideal for those who like to cook even on vacation. In addition, in the lower area, where the wellness area is located, there was a playroom with a foosball table, and even a washing machine – practically and thoughtfully furnished. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We will definitely be back in the dream chalet.

Tanja and her in-laws, who manage the cottage, are very friendly and helpful. The location is of course fantastic and the cottage very nice. It should be noted that the electricity is provided by generator and is only available at a very reduced rate (light) between 9 PM and 6 AM. The heating is a furnace heater, which is good to know at this altitude and the temperatures there. Communication was good. The journey can be a little intimidating if you are new to the mountains - the navigation system says 100 km/h on mountain roads and thus calculates the travel time earlier. But you're more likely to be traveling at 30-50 km/h. It's good to find your way

Very nice cabin with everything you might need. The location is great for hikes and few nearby ski resorts. Also the cabin is on very quiet especially in night.

Clean, well-equipped cottage in an absolutely quiet location, always get friendly and quick answers. We had a great extended weekend here and look forward to next time!

We spent a wonderful week in the chalet and were completely satisfied! The house was very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Rosa & Phillip are very friendly and helpful, we felt immediately welcome. The surroundings are fantastic: rural, quiet and ideal for relaxing. Special highlights were the private sauna and the infrared sauna, which provided absolute moments of well-being, as well as the beautiful pool. The proximity to the cows and the farm life up close were also a great experience – especially for our daughter. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!♡
