We had a wonderful stay at The Paddock at 1208! David has literally thought of every possible amenity! As an Airbnb host myself I am very particular when being a guest and this is definitely a FIVE STAR! The decor in the house was so interesting and loved the history. Comfortable beds, plenty of quality towels, great coffee bar, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Just everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location!

Sally is a great host and very responsive. The place is very nicely done and comforting with the 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Nice additions of games as well as a really cool property. We loved saying hi and petting her dog and cat. It is super close to some of the best hikes like Garden of the Gods and Rim Rock. Definitely make sure to grocery shop before you come. We were there to do all the hiking but you are 30 minutes away from a grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Worked great for my family of 2 adults, an 8 year old, 10 year old and our dog.

This place is a beautiful little getaway. Theres no internet but does have cable so if you would love a few days to disconnect, this is perfect for you! The thunder at night really set the mood and we were able to watch the sunset through the window!
